因為淡季的關係，全個酒店得我1位客人，但他們的服務沒因此而下降。房間光猛整潔，廁所非常大，離黃菓树票務中心非常近。

突出一個位置好，黃果樹客運站走過來就5分鐘，黃果樹景區遊覽巴士站就在酒店對面，吃飯下樓即可。
衞生間很大，但沒有配一次性毛巾和馬桶墊。設施所見即所得，但比照片中略顯陳舊一些，隔音效果一般。
