Very nice room with great views of the bridge. Free usage of the washing machine and the dryer. Nice little breakfast place and yoghurt place very near to the hotel. My children’s favourite accommodation throughout this trip.

Awesome view from the room. The hotel has been just renovated, on the left wing there is also the elevator. No breakfast is served and did not see any coffee shop around. If you need a coffe to start your day, better to bring your own. The hotel is an area with restrictions to traffic, about 500 meter from a parking lot. No English is spoken, we used WECHAT to communicate. Very kind staff.

The B&B is next to Zhusheng Bridge and is easy to find. You must avoid this hotel! The room is dirty, there are safety hazards, there are all kinds of bugs, the facilities are old, and there is no service! This is my first time to complain about a hotel. I originally booked from September 1st to 6th, but I checked out on the 3rd. With such a high price, the sanitary conditions are not even comparable to those of a guest house. The room is dirty: On the first day of check-in, the [toilet seat] was too small to fit the seat, and the whole [loose] was about to fall off, and there were [black spots]. I told the front desk that I had to wait for the manager, but the next afternoon they still brought an old toilet seat to replace it, [and there were urine spots on the toilet seat]. This is one of the reasons why I was originally going to stay until the 6th but decisively changed to check out on the 3rd. When I changed the toilet on the 2nd, it was already past the check-out time, otherwise I would not have insisted on staying until the 3rd. There were many dead [bugs] and [holes] on the [bedding]. She said it was not her. When I came back at night, my boyfriend said that our quilt seemed to have been moved. The room was not cleaned at all, so it was not the cleaning staff. So the next day, whenever we went out, we would put a towel, item or paper when closing the door to identify whether someone entered (there are pictures, all taken on the 2nd, I can screenshot the shooting time if you need it), [the check-in experience is like anti-theft]. 3. Old facilities: There is no sound insulation at all, only the lobby can see through, the room price is high for four or five stars, the room facilities and hygiene are not as good as those of a guesthouse. In the words of the people in the surrounding shops, they just sell [shabby rooms slightly decorated in the style of Internet celebrities] at a high price, decorate one room after another, and let you stay there right after the decoration is completed. [The decoration smells pungent], and I seriously doubt whether their [decoration materials are regular], really [don't care about the life or death of customers]. My boyfriend and I [felt uncomfortable and itchy skin] after staying there, and we decisively checked out after two days of the six-day trip! 4. No service: [Big store bullies customers], [arrogant], [Chinese cheat Chinese] are fully reflected in their homestay. From the time I checked in, I didn't reply to messages on Ctrip. On the first day of my stay, the front desk (a fat young front desk) only played with her mobile phone and didn't tell you how to contact her. She didn't let you add WeChat. [If you need, come to the first floor to find the front desk yourself]. We [climbed up and down to find the front desk] every day. She seemed to be Lafayette, and I had to pay her a visit every day. Then I asked how to rent a motorcycle. She contacted her [rental agent] and instigated the other party [100 a day high price]. I said that there were a lot of 60 on Xiaohongshu and even 30. She said with contempt and righteousness that this was the price in Zhenyuan. Good Shanhe front desk, you represent Zhenyuan! Do you think I don't have a mouth? Can't you go out and ask? In the end, I rented it for 60 a day in the scenic area, and it was even cheaper outside the scenic area. [Don't be cheated by the front desk]! I feel that this store [bullies customers and rips off customers] The next day, I delivered the express to the big factory station and asked the front desk (another older and thinner one) how to get there. She was playing with her phone and said, I don't know, I don't live here, go out and ask someone. There were also express deliveries to the front desk [the express delivery has been delivered for a day, and no one notified us]. When I asked her, she said that they were all on the ground and you can see it yourself. She kept making excuses and then I got angry and she admitted that she knew the big factory was in front. I don't want to care, I have no sense of responsibility, and the attitude of less trouble is worse than more trouble. May I ask what kind of front desk do you do? Isn't it good to sit at home? I have been to so many places, and Zhenyuan is really simple. This homestay made me see the [worst hotel quality] and [worst human nature]. The location is excellent. You can enjoy the essence of Zhenyuan Ancient City without leaving your home. You can walk around and reach all the basic attractions. The decoration is also the best homestay in this trip. The coffee bar on the roof is also very good, but it is too hot. We packed it up to the room.
