The room is very warm and clean, and the decoration style is also very good. I like it very much. The room is very clean. Chengyue's service attitude is also very good and enthusiastic. If you need anything, the front desk will help you solve it in time. It is very efficient. If you forget something in the room, you will be notified in time and help us keep it. Free parking. I was early in my check in. Unfortunately for me the room I was pre-assigened to was not ready in time as it was used to accomidate a wedding reception a day earlier. Front desk was very helpful to let me use another room to me until my room as ready, I had a red eyed flight and anybody who had a red-eyed flight would understand the frustration when U can get a room to rest. Thank you for going the extra mile and making me a very grateful customer. Good Job

Very friendly staff and they really try hard to satisfy your needs. However the hotel is located in an older town area and hotel needs updating. It is conveniently close to some food restaurants and about 25 min walk to a mall where you’ll find shopping, good eats and fun. Thumbs up to Atour staff and Atour hotel.

Room Heat: Super new, super big The hotel will open in 2023. The equipment is very good, new and very convenient. There is a large underground parking lot for convenient parking of vehicles. There is a laundry room, a treadmill, and takeout is delivered to the lobby. The front desk quickly arranged for a robot to be delivered to the room. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel's location is very good. I love its no-smoking policy which renders me a smoke-free room. The breakfast is of good quality and the clientele is also good. The only reservation is that the room's air-conditioning will automatically tune up after mid-night leaving the room's temperature going up and making us quite uncomfortable.
