Every was great, until the second day, cleaning lady forgot to makeup bed and refill clean towers😅

Room was excellent, large clean & comfortable with a balcony. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Building is conveniently located on top of a mall, next to another mall, so there’re many options for food & shopping. HeMa supermarket is at basement of mall. Building entrance is under the overpass, elevator to 5th floor and then another set of elevator to 8th floor office. Superb apartment

Staff was really nice and helpful. Location is great. The only down side is that the bathroom on the second floor wasn’t great. The water pressure was also an issue for the upstairs bathroom.

The hotel service desk is located in a residential building. You can call them to check in. The reception staff is friendly. There is a shopping mall downstairs. It is convenient for food, clothing, housing and transportation. There is also a direct bus to and from Hong Kong. It takes 1 hour and 15 minutes to drive to Shenzhen Bay. There are other restaurants and pharmacies near the hotel. It is very convenient. It is also easy to find taxis to other places to find food. It is very convenient

The hotel is located near the MixC, which is very convenient for dining and shopping. The room is spacious, the bed is clean and tidy, and it is very quiet. If I have the opportunity to visit Zhongshan, I will consider staying here again!

Didi went to Master Pigeon’s main store and ate braised squab! 132 hours, only a few yuan back from Didi. The front desk service is very good, enthusiastic and polite! I found that there were a lot of people at the front desk, and they were all different from the last time I came here. Every day was different, but everyone was enthusiastic, and the aunt was still the same aunt. I keep it clean and take care of my friends like a mother. I am used to it because I have mysophobia. I was missing a towel, so I contacted customer service. They answered my questions quickly and delivered the towels within seconds. I'm really satisfied with this one! Highly recommended! There is a new hair salon in the mall that also offers hair drying. Anyway, I am satisfied with shopping and beauty services. I really like Wanxianghui downstairs! The photos were taken when we checked in and when we left, as well as some shopping and hairdressing photos to share! It feels like home! I forgot to mention last time that I really like the magic mirror. You can listen to music while taking a shower!

The hotel is located in a residential area, and it takes a while to get to the service desk. But downstairs is the Wanxianghui Shopping Mall, which has all kinds of food, shopping and entertainment, which is very convenient! The environment is good, the location is convenient, and the front desk service is also very good. The biggest problem is the water pressure in the bathroom. The bathroom on the second floor is basically useless and has to be squeezed into the first floor. The water seems to be dripping out. Except for the discomfort when taking a shower, everything else is fine.

Three people stayed in a family room. It was spacious and tidy. There was a washing machine and a place to dry clothes. Both rooms in the house have air conditioning. The facilities are complete, and there is Japanese-style sitting tea tea, which is a surprise. Although there is no tea supply, We who like tea will rely on tea. It is very comfortable to sit in front of the window and drink tea while looking at the scenery. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Zhongshan.

The location is convenient. Hong Kong's Wing Tung bus goes directly to the entrance of the apartment. Downstairs is the large shopping mall Wanxianghui. Opposite the shopping mall is Xiheli spa. The apartment is a duplex design with bathrooms on the upper and lower floors. The bathroom has smart speakers but the speakers in the built-in cabinet are thin. , and the water pressure in the bathroom was unstable. The projector is poorly placed and should be placed at a higher location to prevent people from walking in front of the projector and affecting viewing.

The location is very good, with many restaurants to choose from, convenient for shopping, and a small terrace for smoking and watching the night view. However, the housekeeping management was poor, the supervision was poor, the room cleanliness was poor, cigarette butts and garbage from the previous tenant were still left, and there was no follow-up to clean up. Hope there will be more improvements in the future!

In fact, almost every floor of the hotel is under renovation. It was noisy at 8 am and I couldn't sleep at all. The taps were running very slowly, but the floor drain was clogged and the bathroom was flooded. Parking is charged, but it will be subsidized.
