The location is good, just opposite to the shopping mall. Shops, restaurants and convenient store are nearby.

Hotel was clean and provided necessary stuff, however front desk is not very helpful especially when we mentioned the weighing scale battery is faulty, they asked if we knew how to use even after we mentioned we tried very long.

Very convenience! The Hotel is near the shopping Mall. And the shopping mall have many restaurant. You can buy many thing you need.

I honestly didn't expect very much but the hotel exceeded my expectation indeed. Wonderful location, clean and well maintained room, helpful staff. Will definitely stay there again if i revisit the town. Highly recommended!

The Kyriad hotel is in an excellent location, close to plenty of restaurants, shops and other local amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here.

First of all, I chose the free upgrade service when I booked. When I got to the hotel to get the room, I asked if I could get a free upgrade. Then the front desk clerk checked for a long time and told me that I could upgrade, but I could only live in the inner building. Then I asked what the difference was between upgrading and not upgrading. She said that the room was just a little bigger. It seemed that she didn't want to help me with the same thing, because I had friends in this building, so I forgot about the upgrade. She said wait, she said she just moved my room to the inner building, and now she wants to move it back! I asked if there was a higher floor? She said no again, so I asked the front desk next door which floor my friend lived on, and she said one was on the 6th floor and the other on the 4th floor. Then my front desk clerk called to ask if the room on the 6th floor had been cleaned! Later, I forgot everything! I still chose the room she gave me at the beginning! Who knew that when I entered the room, the floor was still wet! The floor of the toilet was also wet! Forget it! Considering that the hotel is full during the peak season! Who knew that the room was checked in for more than an hour! The floor was still wet! It was very slippery! This is the first time I have encountered this in so many hotels! Call the waiter over! They even took a mop and said that this is how to mop! They said that I didn't turn down the air conditioner or the floor would be dry in no time! Is it my fault? Then the waiter actually used toilet paper to wipe the floor! ? ! I said why not just use a towel to wipe it faster! This hotel is really! I'm speechless! The photos can't capture the wet feeling! Look at the time!
