看着評價不多，但都是好評，才選擇這家。別槓價格，價格低不能代表差。首先，熱水器壞的，沒熱水，讓我這個來了大姨媽的人怎麼洗澡？第二，晚上廁所水滴滴答答流了一個晚上，像極了鬼片中的聲音。第三，空調外機噪音超級大，無法入睡。第四，床和枕頭非常的硬。第五，房間很潮一股味道。第六，門鎖很爛，外面有心人隨便一開都能開，安全係數低。第七，沒有吹風機，沒有排氣扇。第八，住宿人員雜。第九，衞生很差，很多固定設備的灰塵很厚，應該房客走了換一下被單就算了。第十，除了離學校近，沒有優點。以後如果考點是這附近的話，不推薦這家，各種問題一個晚上沒睡覺，第二天考試基本廢了。最後，女生千萬別住這家，很不安全。

🚗 交通：很方便樓下就是便利店和公交站
🧹衞生：還行，就是房間裏面有股黴味一樣，空氣不怎麼好

🔔服務：説到這個就來氣，我是去那邊考試的，剛入住的時候跟樓下便利店老闆説了可能要第二天六點鐘才能退房，他説可以，但是要加20塊錢，我説好的，然後他説掃給房東就行了，掃了他櫃枱上的二維碼，等到第二天我吃飯回來，已經一點多了，退房不是要在12點以前嗎，房東看到我就説，你們什麼時候退房，我説跟樓下便利店老闆講了下午六點鐘退房的，房東説要加錢，我説昨天我入住的時候就已經用付款寶掃給你了，樓下便利店老闆知道，我説你下樓去問問他吧，過了一會房東敲門説便利店老闆説我們沒付錢，我説付了的啊，你看，我這邊還有記錄（幸好我有一個這樣的習慣就是我付過錢之後就會截個屏保存下來，以免別人説我沒付錢）我就知道會出現這種情況，我就把截圖給房東看，看了他還不相信，他説他付款寶裏面沒收到這筆錢，我説這就是我啊，昨天入住的時候就是一點多，我用付款寶掃錢給你的，最後房東無話可説就走了
