Bath is clean and warm. People in the corridor and gardens always speaking loudly and was disturbing when sleeping in room.

The rooms are ok. It is on a separate area for the one that I got. Some are inside the hot spring area. Dinner, mid night snack and breakfast are ok. Tons of people. Have many pools but because of so many people they are usually full.

I booked a non-smoking room, but arranged a smoking room to me.
At outside spa area, I expected is non-smoking area, but I saw some user smoking.
In addition, I go to japan or other country for spa, they are not allow user carry smart phone,
but some user carry smart phone and take photo.
I booked a room with private spa, that mean I can use spa anytime in private. However, I saw
a notice warm reminder refill spa water will charge $150 per time. Ridiculous!

The equipment in the room is not smart, the TV is not high-definition, the air conditioner smells of smoke, and the sound insulation of the room is not very good. I also heard someone laughing outside in the room at night. Most of the waiters have no smiles and no initiative to entertain guests!
