端午為了給長者家慶生，全家來住一晚。 作為多年自由行玩家，住了國內外很多酒店和民宿。總體來説安綈怡谷環境不錯，整體酒店設計感比較強。可能開業時間不長，有些室內裝修的細節還能更精細一點。建議不同房型間的價格差異設定可以優化一下。 泳池是亮點，全家在泳池玩得很爽。而且因為泳池邊有樹，比較陰涼。但相應的昆蟲比較多，池畔躺椅墊的清潔有待加強。 酒店附送的早餐略微粗糙了點，最可惜是沒有咖啡。但是酒店餐廳的粵式飲茶點心很正宗，全家好評。 服務人員態度很好，特別何小姐忙裡忙外，照呼周到，讓我們有個舒心的體驗。

入住酒店最差的一次體驗!!! 因為主要想游泳，入住前專門和酒店確認泳池是否開放，酒店回覆正常可以。入住後，泳池根本不能使用。泳池明顯已經很久沒有清理過，裏面都是污垢，而且泳池邊還有工人現場施工，到處粉塵。質問酒店，酒店找各種理由，不回覆，不解決。而且至始至終沒有人出面對此事表達歉意。花了4000多塊錢，定了4個房間，很大原因是酒店的泳池。酒店之前明顯是故意隱瞞，欺詐消費。最後強制要求找到酒店負責人，對於這種欺詐行為，我們要求退還相應金額，無良酒店説給200元作為補償，可見根本沒有重視問題，已投訴315進行介入調查，這是典型的欺詐消費! 酒店從硬件到軟件都非常差。隨處都是發黴牆面和污垢地面，以下附上照片，大家可以看看1000多元一晚的酒店是什麼樣的。不要上當受騙!!!

環境清幽遠離塵囂，像住在小森林裡，很適合情侶或一家人到此渡假放鬆心情，房間設計漂亮具空間感，酒店的工作人員也都熱心有禮，整體體驗感很好，不過需要爬樓梯，也難避免會有些昆蟲，如果介意的朋友要注意一下。

房間空間很大，有大大的陽台，酒店環境比較好，酒店工作人員非常熱情，適合情侶約會。

住宿感覺非常好，很安靜，空氣特別好，就是缺少小朋友玩的娛樂設施。

非常滿意，不過衞生打掃要加強很落葉🍂要清理維護，如果可以和水世界合作優惠門票很好了

酒店環境很不錯，屬於高端民宿，管家服務很到位，雖然入住期間有點小問題，但都很快解決了。酒店有室外泳池，如果能有個健身房就完美了；房間有些小細節的地方還需要改善。

酒店在裝修，環境設施都很一般，除了泳池可以用心，其他的都不開放。好在旁邊就是長江水世界樂園，孩子有可以玩的地方（額外收費）。 衞生要特別提一下，酒店床品衞生有待提高，第二天大人孩子身上都很癢。
