We also care very much about your problem. Regarding the network fluctuation, it happened suddenly, and these problems occurred on individual computers. After receiving your feedback, we immediately notified the network maintenance company and the telecommunications dedicated line customer service to check the intranet and dedicated line bandwidth data. There were no problems, but the staff did see that your computer had fluctuations. Later, the network maintenance company adjusted the bandwidth limit and it got better. It really caused you trouble. Now the hotel has notified the network maintenance company and the telecommunications company to conduct on-site inspections to prevent such problems from happening again. The hotel sincerely apologizes to you again. Regarding the problem you mentioned about the lack of sockets around the five-person room, we discussed this issue when the hotel was being renovated. Since there is only one bed against the wall in the capsule, and the ladder design makes it difficult to use a mobile phone at the same time, we also thought about adding sockets in the capsule. You can also see that we have a lot of lights and a lot of wires, but we did not increase them for safety reasons. In addition, the relevant departments did not allow increases, so we added two USB ports to each computer, added several sockets to the table, and even the table uses a wireless charging function. However, there is really no way to add more in the cabin, and we are very sorry. However, we have been studying how to improve these issues.
