The room is modern, tidy and clean. Overall is okay except they have no non-smoking room.. which is every room is smell like cigarettes.
The first impression while i got to the lobby i was a bit disappointed and afraid that it might not as good as its picture. Because the lobby is quite old and smelly (cigarette)
But when i got into the room, it is very nice. I bet they just renovated the room.
Oh and another plus point is, they have a washing and dryer machine that we can use for free! Staff is also helpful.. housekeeper was friendly.
Overall I recommend this hotel! Location also very strategic. It has many supermarket and near to the night market and shops.
We can get around by pedicab! Which is easier and cheap! I recommend you to pay auntie pedicab to take you tour around the city zhongshan..

There are many parking spaces in front of the hotel, the hotel facilities are very complete, there is an elevator, very clean, the bed is very soft, the bedding is very comfortable. I heard that it was a newly opened hotel on September 1st, so I caught up with it. The facilities are very new, very clean, the decoration is grand and practical, and the service staff are also friendly. Xiaodu helps open the curtains when you enter the door. You can control the TV, air conditioner and lights with Xiaodu's voice. It's very quiet at night, and the curtains are very light-blocking. The quality of your sleep is excellent. A very satisfying stay!

The hotel is hidden in the busy city, so don't worry about the surrounding environment. Once you enter the alley, you will find a hidden world. It is a very sincere B&B. The service staff were very friendly and the boss happened to be making tea, so he kindly made it for us to try.
There are many check-in places on the rooftop. In addition to seeing most of Zhongshan, you can also watch the sunrise and sunset. There are also a large number of Hanfu and props that can be borrowed for taking photos.
There is a small amount of fitness equipment and laundry available.
Breakfast is the famous local rice noodles, which is extremely delicious.
Highly recommended for a short stay.

This time I chose this hotel and I felt very pleasant. The room was very bright and the sanitation was very clean. I thought it was a 5-star hotel when I entered the lobby. ... I was on a business trip for 6 years. I stayed in such a warm hotel for the first time. The front desk work lady sister and brother were very enthusiastic. I also poured a cup of hot tea when I checked in. The hotel is fully equipped, the price is super high, the room service staff is very sunny, people are in a good mood. Plus the warm service at the front desk, people don't want to change to another hotel for one night. If the project is not over, they will definitely continue to live here. Next time I come for a business trip, I will choose here. I have already collected this hotel and wish the hotel business is booming.

I went on a self-driving trip north with my friend Hong Kong Bus. The location is convenient and it only takes 5-10 minutes to drive to the city center. The room was better than I expected, and it was worth the price! I didn’t have high expectations for traveling during the Spring Festival, but the clean environment around me made me feel completely relaxed. The only drawback was that there weren’t many places to eat, so I had to drive around to find food😆

DDaniel LukeBack at this hotel however the woman receptionist is SO SO SO RUDE, has no patients, bad manners, she nearly tore my passport as she couldn't get it to scan on her computer, left a big crease on my photo page, this is an official document...
She called up our room to apologize but she lacks manners and seems can't work under pressure. Sort out your reception staff, if too busy employ more people on front of counter and awaiting 45 minutes to check in is not acceptable plus expecting a 5 star review, are you crazy?????
However apart from the check in issue due to an angry Receptionist whom should be representing the company and first impressions always count the hotel is lovely, I would come back again but not to see the angry receptionist, left a sour mark in my mouth

GGuest UserStayed for one night here. Was able to check in early at no charge as room was available. Fantastic location, part of a large mall and plenty F&B options available. Room is decently sized and offers good value for money. Near metro station and many bus services stop here.
There is a Hilton nearby, part of the same mall but the price is double of Lavande.
If you walk further can explore local produce market and eat like a local.

GGuest UserThe overall experience was not so great. Not sure it's because we checked in quite late at night. There was no one at the lobby reception, and we waited a while when someone realized our arrival. The handwriting of the room number on our room card envelop was poor, and hence we went to the wrong room and it's quite embarrassing.
The size of the room was quite small as compared with similar room rate at other hotels in Zhong Shan. However, it's neat and clean, the breakfast is good and the location is excellent.

OOtautahianNOTE FOR NON-CHINESE: I was able to stay here in the end, but the process was complicated. At check in, guests should scan a QR code and fill in a form that completes the registration process with the local police station. As at December 2023, there was no field for non-Chinese ID. The check in staff told me it wouldn't be a problem, but an hour later I got a phone call from the police telling me registration wasn't complete. Finally, the check in staff and police had to talk twice on the phone, and the police eventually completed the process on their end. I am still not sure whether this was simply an issie with my registration, or if all non-Chinese guests would face the same situation.
The hotel itself is basic but fine: quiet, next to a pretty riverside, about a ten-minute walk from the main pedestrian street.

There are also many restaurants nearby. The room is relatively large. Basic items are provided. If you need to replenish daily necessities, you can tell the front desk or the auntie. The feeling is also great! No stale feel! Not bad! Breakfast is served at Xingbaoxuan opposite, which is very rich. I recommend you consider it!
