The hotel environment is very good. The hotel housekeeper service is in place. The breakfast during the stay tasted good. There were local mugwort noodles. Cold scallions. Weather forecasts are never as good as sudden changes. It snowed unexpectedly the night before we drove from Guyuan to Zhongwei, and the temperature dropped to -14 degrees Celsius. In the morning, when the snow stopped, we set off in a hurry. We drove through the snow-covered frozen road with fear and trepidation. After a hard day's work, we arrived at Zhongwei Kaihui Park. We were already in a very embarrassing situation. The Ideal L8 was covered with ice cubes mixed with snow and muddy water. I was psychologically worried that my luck was extremely bad. Unexpectedly, the biggest gain of this trip appeared unexpectedly. First, I met the security guard Sister Wang at the door when I arrived at the hotel. Seeing that my family was so embarrassed, she enthusiastically took over all the luggage of my elderly parents, and was worried that I could not find the underground parking lot; she took the initiative to accompany me to the underground parking lot to park the car, and patiently explained everything the guests needed to know. At any time afterwards, Sister Wang was so thoughtful, warm and meticulous, allowing our family to experience unprecedented warmth in the cold Zhongwei. The front desk service and WeChat customer service lady of Zhongwei Kaihui Park Hotel also took great care of us. They not only actively welcomed and sent us off, but also took the initiative to help my parents and me upgrade the room type. My parents changed their previous travel fatigue and felt very happy and comfortable. The restaurant on the third floor of the hotel is also a big surprise. The catering service and food quality are extremely high. The boiled lamb chops, tomato beef, and fried antler mushrooms with green onions carefully recommended by Manager Li are all excellent in terms of the freshness of the ingredients and cooking methods. They are not inferior to the well-known Michelin restaurants that are often eaten in Guangzhou. I strongly recommend everyone to come often. The configuration of the hotel room can also show the intentions of the manager. Floor heating, humidifier, free small bar food, warm bedside lighting, Type C and USB convenient plugs, silky and smooth Skyworth large-screen TV, etc. make me feel completely comparable to the international five-star hotel standards I stayed in before. If I come to Zhongwei again, I believe I will never go to other hotels. I strongly recommend everyone to experience it. Finally, I would like to make a suggestion for improvement. The gym is a bit small, and the only integrated exercise rack is still broken. I had to run on the treadmill for a while in the morning and do a few sets of strength exercises. Maybe most of the guests who come here don't do strength exercises. The flaws do not outweigh the merits. I still want to thank all the lovely management and service staff of the hotel here.
