비수기라서 그런지 응대가 좋지 않았습니다.
호텔 위치도 사막 시작시점에 있어 모래 넘어 시내가 보여서 좋지 않았습니다

第一次來中衞玩就看中了這家大漠星河。到了圖書館門口以後就有工作人員開越野車來接到房間門口，酒店方還送了非常大的一盒伴手禮，加上房間裏也送了很多好吃的小零食😁。
房間整結乾淨，床大而且非常舒服。房間裏的空調和暖氣性能非常好，可以保證白天炎熱晚上寒冷的時候都能讓房間裏保持舒適的温氣温。酒店還貼心準備了滑沙板和挖沙子做**的玩具，孩子大人都非常喜歡。晚上還有浪漫的煙花秀可以看。
酒店的服務方面非常棒。接送的工作人員幾乎隨叫隨到，我們的房卡突然失靈之後工作人員馬不停蹄火速趕到我們這位置比較遠的房間立刻為我們換上了正常的房卡。
在圖書館用餐的時候服務員隨時待機為你服務，還會主動詢問對菜色是否滿意。以前有看到過對這家酒店用餐體驗的惡評，但我個人來説在這裏的用餐體驗堪稱是驚喜，熱菜大都符合我的口味，晚飯的手抓羊肉一大塊一大塊隨意拿。
總而言之非常滿意。很幸運第一次來到沙漠玩耍就選中了這家酒店。

比起對面的星星酒店特別安靜，沙漠因為安靜也更美。喜歡安靜欣賞風景和夜空的不錯選擇。西北特色房間很大，服務各方面都很熱情周到

強烈推薦：親子度假首選酒店。酒店一共30個房間左右，而且每個房間都有幾米間隔，私密性很好，互不影響。出門就是沙丘，沙坑。隨時隨地都能拍照、挖沙、滑沙。門口的小桌椅是放下嘈雜，遠離喧囂，放空心靈的好地方。酒店還配備了洞洞鞋、刮痧板、挖沙工具。#私密性好##輕鬆遛娃##怎麼拍都好看#
