第一天入住，第二天都開始攆人換房間，説房間租出去了讓換一間，我問為啥租出去了還安排顧客，問就是以為衹住一天，在微信上訂房間的時候就説要住兩天，衹訂一天的原因是，第二天軟件上比線下訂便宜，結果我們第二天也去找老闆了，比較下來再軟件訂比較便宜，我們訂完以後老闆才給我們説要換房間，就這處理態度，沒有一點誠意，結果我們換了四五次，午飯前再換，午飯後還再換，和對象也就見一天，都快折騰在換房間上了，説補償一張做身體的體驗卡，最後也沒給，老闆帶我們看房間見了很多次，也沒見她給我拿體驗卡，反正就非常不滿意，處理問題沒有一點誠意，折騰顧客（老闆説的調一個好點的，但是調的房間還沒原來的大，網速也很差，所以她的意思就是越小越温馨？
