酒店位置很佳，其它就一般般了。

設施：房間很大，一張2米大床足夠睡兩大一小，房間內設備一應齊全 儲物空間也充足
衞生：比較乾淨整潔，陽台護欄上會有點鳥飛過留下鳥屎，這個也是沒有辦法隨時隨刻清潔的，已經很滿意了，且房間內沒有異味
環境：位置離東沙很近，樓下的綠化很高級，通過一樓花園就可以到東沙沙灘，步行5分鐘，房間背面是海鮮排擋一條街，住這個位置很方便
服務：從3樓升級到6樓視野更好，還提供給我們兩張房卡，很棒

酒店外觀看着很好，但一進房間很大一股黴味，感覺是很老的房子。設施十分陳舊，房間昏暗潮濕，衞生也一般般，衹有户外景還行。本來怕沒房連着定了三個晚上，最後看到房間衹決定住一個晚上，結果前台也説不讓退，國慶期間，不能讓退也理解，但百分之五十違約金屬實有點高，協商無果，最後決定寧願給違約金還是要換酒店，這個價格對比旁邊的威斯汀確實是便宜，但一分錢一分貨，同樣的價格第二天住民宿更好，
