Great experience in this hotel. The staff is super kind and helpful and our room was big and bright. Highly recommended. Location wise, its okey, right by the sea with plenty of restaurants yet in the island you’ll still need to take taxi to visit certain places, no more than 10min. From the hotel if you take a bike can visit the budhas in the sea, nice place in the north corner.

Great place in an amazing location with good service

Good place, good for solo or couples stay

The hotel is in a great location near the seaside, you can easily hire a Hello Bike from outside the hotel and ride around town. The staff were very helpful and supportive, 小徐 helped us at check-out and with our Didi, but a special thanks to 小李 who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and comfortable and always assisting with our every need. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. The breakfast was very delicious, we were served this delicious noodle soup as well as the traditional Chinese breakfast. The staff made every arrangement to cater to our friend who is gluten intolerant, and that was very helpful indeed. We will make sure to stay here again next time we’re in the island!!

A very disappointing stay - room was clean but not worth the money. Meanwhile, staff were absolutely abysmal and rude at times. Simple question about deposit ended up with being shoo'ed out of the hotel! Will not return.

Great amenities, good staff, and the breakfast is amazing with lots of choice.

其他都蠻好，不足的是小冰箱沒有免費飲料，相比我們這邊五星級酒店小冰箱都是有免費飲料的，不夠還能免費補給，雲禮佛堂特色項目沒有體驗到，然後也沒有主動提出免費升級房間什麼的，我們入住當天應該房間不會住很滿，帶了小朋友其實可以提一下幫我們免費升級，服務還有待提高

酒店區位優勢明顯，舟山希爾頓隔壁，周邊餐飲配套豐富，還有杉杉奧特萊斯很是好逛。 停車方便免費，酒店早餐品種豐富可口。 設施比較陳舊，地毯有破損，體重秤沒電。房間很大很滿意。總體來説值回票價，會考慮再次入住。 特色伴手禮在退房時才給與，這點希望改進，如果入住時就給就更好了，可以帶着去普陀祈福

酒店服務很好，前台小徐姐姐很熱情，過來入住，還升級了房型，房間空間很大[呲牙]而且很乾凈，性價比很高哦～出去吃逛也很方便，出門就是廣場，小徐姐姐介紹的排擋也很好吃。下次還會住這裏。

服務真的不錯，還有自助免費吧枱，為住客提供免費茶水，很貼心，而且客服及時處理問題，特別贊一下八樓服務員張海娜，熱情、善良、周到，真心不錯👍房間對面就是大海，能看到珞珈山🙏

這家 4 星級酒店給人留下了深刻的印象。雖然在規模上稍遜於 5 星級酒店，但在其他方面卻表現出色。服務周到細緻，設施齊全且品質優良，環境舒適宜人。無論是住宿體驗還是餐飲享受，都能讓人滿意。可以説，它在很多方面都不亞於 5 星級酒店，是個非常不錯的選擇。性價比還特別高哦！
