5 stars hotel in a beautiful place but…. Services mostly closed or unavailable and compared to 3 stars hotel, swimming pool closed, the restaurant is inside without the sea view (what a shame for this place).. outside tables in the terrace removed… you pay for the view and cannot enjoy …. the good thing is the shuttle bus to all the temples .

This is the first time I give a bad review. I really can't stand it anymore. I was very tired after walking in Putuo for a day. I finally got to the hotel and was arranged in the room farthest from the lobby. That's fine. When I entered the room to take a shower and sleep, I found the underwear left by the previous tenant, hanging on the door. I can imagine how the hotel cleans. I complained to the front desk and an aunt came to take it away and said she would disinfect it for me. I asked to change rooms, and I had to call the front desk again to ask for it. The problem is that from the time the incident happened to the room change, no one apologized. The room I changed was right next to the hotel lobby, so why didn't they arrange a room that was close at the beginning, but arranged it in the farthest one? It's really hard to imagine the management of a five-star hotel. In addition, the hotel facilities are old and mold can be seen everywhere in the bathroom. Is it really good for people to live in such an environment? The room comes with two breakfasts, and children over 1.2 meters tall need to pay 45 yuan for breakfast. The problem is that the breakfast is just so-so. It is not worth it for adults to pay 45, let alone children. In the past, when we stayed in hotels with children, we did not need to pay for breakfast for the children... The room rate is not cheap either. I will never come here again. Stay away.

The hotel environment is great, the transportation is also good, especially the shuttle bus was arranged to take us to the hospital for injections, which is worth a thumbs up. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel also has stable dishes. I eat at the hotel every time I stay, and the price is reasonable. What needs to be improved is: the room facilities are old, the bedside telephone is faulty, the desk lamp is faulty, and the sofa is stained. I hope to have a brand new experience next time I stay.

The room is small (deluxe room), smaller than the one I booked before, less than 30㎡, and it is difficult to put in an extra bed (it was stated that an extra bed could be added when booking), and they also said that the room area included the "balcony"! Although the facilities are a bit old, the hygiene is not bad this time, and I am generally satisfied. The shuttle service during the May Day holiday was also in place and very punctual. In fact, the most frequented hotel in Putuo Mountain is Xiangsheng. From the initial surprise to the visible decline in the hotel's facilities and services in recent years, I feel it is a pity. After all, Xiangsheng has been the best hotel in Putuo Mountain for a long time, and the hotel's excellent location and beautiful environment are unmatched by other Putuo Mountain hotels. I hope the hotel can regain its momentum, improve the level of software and hardware, and make the hotel a first-class hotel in Putuo Mountain again.

The room was very old, the mirror was covered with mold, the hotel was really stingy, there was no shower cap or hand soap, but the view was good. The old man at the front desk who helped me arrange the luggage was very nice, and the Chinese restaurant where we had dinner, the chef who led us in and took our orders was very nice, but we were seated at a table in the corner, and we didn't even get tea, and we had to ask for it ourselves.

I have stayed here many times. I must go there every time I go to Putuo Mountain. Although the facilities have not been maintained much over the years, since it is close to the cableway, I must stay in this hotel every time I worship Buddha. I will go there again next time.

The room was nice, but it was foggy on the day we went there. But the view was nice even in the fog. There is a shuttle bus to the parking lot near the station, which is very considerate. The hotel is designed in a garden style, with many green plants and flowers planted around it, and the scenery is pleasant. The room is large and there is a landscape balcony. It is very pleasant to drink tea and enjoy the view on the balcony. The third floor is the dining room, and the food is delicious. Next time I come to Putuo Mountain, I will choose to stay here.

I feel that this hotel has been abandoned due to the epidemic. The hotel is very large, and the scenery and environment are actually good, but the facilities are really old. It is really a pity that the hotel occupancy rate is not high. The sanitation and facilities are really not good. There is no air conditioning, and it is not allowed to turn on the air conditioning. It is still very cold in April. Then the air conditioning outlet of the special room is thick with dust. My child and I both have rhinitis. After upgrading to the deluxe room, I don’t know if it is mites or fleas on the bed. I bit my child all over the face and body in one night. I will not stay there again in the future. The only thing worth praising is the pick-up and drop-off service. Although I waited for the shuttle bus for 45 minutes in the rain, the shuttle service is really the only feature of this hotel. The breakfast environment is also humid and no one mops it. The food can only be said to be edible. However, choosing Ctrip for so many years is really reliable. It has been helping me coordinate room issues with the hotel. I will always book on Ctrip!
