酒店環境，寧靜舒適，客房面積夠大，入住體驗十分優良。工作人員熱情有禮。酒店的自助早餐更加是值得推薦。而且停車位就在住房的地庫，方便岀行。

因悅榕莊鼎鼎大名，慕名而來，實際體驗雖比不上其他酒店，但要有的也都有了。地理位置偏僻是訂房之前就知道的，所以景色一般，周圍也沒什麼可玩可吃飯的地方，但也無可指摘。之前評論上說有有中藥院，到現場發現整個酒店花草都只是些很普通的綠化帶，並沒有什麼特別值得觀賞的地方，好在房間還算不錯，服務也很好，基本符合預期。
早餐很驚喜，中西餐都非常豐富，味道也好，超乎預期。之前看評論寫的人多確有其實，9點過後一下子下來好多客人，整個餐廳都坐滿了，還有要排隊的~~所以這麼好的餐點還是趁早來吃的好。
服務很好，每個環節的服務人員都很友善，如沐春風呢~~
順帶建議一下，酒店的什麼官家服務其實很雞肋，除了提前一天接到個電話和互換微信之外就再沒有用途了。有問題問回復也不及時（沒有責怪意思，人家手上肯定還有很多其他工作），還不如直接打電話給客戶服務來得直接周到。然後就是一天一條微信要好評，其實私心覺得這個價位的酒店，沒必要做此類表面功夫，無法建立有質量connection，就算直接擁有客戶資料也並不能真正幫到銷售，本來大家也是圖省心安心選的酒店，服務做好了自然會有真心的評論。

酒店環境很好，房間很大很舒服，非常適合帶娃來住，cookie服務非常到位，提前為我們準備好床圍、寶寶用品、一次性浴缸套以及蕎麥枕，衹要你需要的，酒店有的，她都能提供給我們，體驗感十足！！另外酒店去長隆和橫琴口岸衹需要18分鐘左右，不算遠，路也非常好走，下次來橫琴，依舊首選悦椿！
