Lavande Hotel (Zhuhai Doumen Branch) Reviews

Overall great experience. Rm is fairly clean, AC is a bit noisy but acceptable. Would recommend for ppl who's on trip to the middle of nowhere in Doumen district.

Unfortunately the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. Arriving at the hotel the check in process was quite simple. The water wasn’t really hot when taking a shower. As advertised the hotel advertises a car to get you to the hotsprings but at first they had no idea what we were talking about then eventually after all the translation they said we need to book an hour in advance and they would get the car to pick us up from the hotsprings. Once we had tried to arrange the car they said no cars were available and they told us to arrange our own transportation. The breakfast is not ideal as the bread rolls were quite stale and they didn’t really have much to offer. It was a really disappointing experience. The only thing that was great was the bed it was truly the best part of the hotel.

It's my first time staying at Doumen Lifeng. The environment is quiet, late check-out is available, and the breakfast is average. I will come again~ ...

The room is spacious, the environment is clean and tidy, the service is warm and thoughtful, especially the beautiful lady at the front desk. The twin room for a family of three is relatively soft and comfortable. The transportation is relatively convenient, especially the buffet breakfast, which is very rich and comparable to the Hilton I stayed in.

Convenient, clean and hygienic. The hotel rooms are fully equipped, coffee and snacks are available in the lobby, and there are parking spaces outside the hotel. The hotel staff have good service attitude and are hospitable.

It's very close to Jintai Temple, and the taxi costs more than ten yuan. The room is a little old, but it's Lavande after all, so it's OK overall

I was very satisfied with this stay. The reception service was very thoughtful, check-out was fast, the room was clean, the view outside the window was the community garden, and you can go for a walk in the community through the back door of the hotel. There are also simple breakfast and fitness facilities!
