A hotel that is highly recommended for a vacation with family. We spent the night for 2 nights 3 days. Choosing facilities with entrance tickets to spacecraft & lunch rides The staff here are very friendly. Very helpful what we need. Even when the last day. Our child was given a gift by the staff who served us Our advice if there is an entrance ticket package with a spacecraft + ocean park package. Take the package. Because the rides there are very interesting Don't forget to bring a raincoat if you go to the ocean kingdom. Because there are rides that make you wet

Hotel is attached to the Chimelong Spaceship theme park which is very convenient for families. Value of packaging including breakfast and 2 days unlimited entrance to the park is also very good value. Breakfast is busy but has a lots of options. Highly recommend!

Good if you go with children, the buffet is good also especially if you like to watch the marine animals.

Very nice hotel with a lot of kid friendly amenities and entertainment. Checkin was smooth and fast. Very friendly staff. Room was very spacious, new and clean. The spaceship park was a lot of fun for the kids. The room and park entry package was very reasonably priced. Breakfast has a lot of food variety. Will definitely come back in the future.

Great stay at Chimelong with the 2d1n package. Had access to the lounge among other benefits which we took good use of. Excellent room and condition. Plus point on 9am entry to the theme park. Food in both restaurants were great. Overall highly recommended.

Awesome experience with many fun activities for the children to enjoy! 2 days are required to fully play all the games and participate in the amusement park.

The cleaning service could do better. Generally a good experience for my family. Recommended.

The room was very big and clean, food was nice and had wide selection. My kids lived everything , there was no bath tub so it was a pity as tge room size is big

We stay for 3 nights in this hotel. The theme parks is very interesting compared to disney or Universal studio. The aquarium was huge with variety of rare fish like orcas and whale shark. We stay at family suite the room is huge, clean, full of child amenities. And every night we can see free fireworks show from our room balcony. The staff is very helpful towards our needs The little downside is the ability of staffs to speak english is a little bit or almost can not speak english. But hey we got translation apps right so there is no language barrier. The breakfast only provide for 2 adults so if you bring children you need to pay extra charge. The breakfast buffet is well spread Overall it is a great and pleasant trip to stay at chimelong spaceship hotel.

hotel is new and nice, checked in earlier at two pm room already ready for us. fantastic and quick check out service

Not much english speaker and no english version brochure etc. I also left one of my earings and dont know where to contact. No email address. If calling maybe they also cant speak english

Nice theme park hotel that has connection to the theme park itself! Comes with kids amenities! Great for family with kids! Has an infinity pool with nice view of the theme park! Great experience!
