The maintenance of the room facilities is too poor. The breakfast is very average, there is nothing to eat, but the service at the front desk is very good, the etiquette training is in place, and the staff is relatively complete. I hope that the guest rooms and catering can be improved. What amazed me most was the lobby, which is super large and has a great feeling.

It's no exaggeration. I don't know where to start. From greeting you every time you come in, to every little issue, they will be eager to serve and handle it proactively with a smile. When the guy at the front desk knew that we could not leave Zhuji on time due to a cold and chose to stay one night, he would be very considerate and help us.
