The front desk downstairs said that the food delivery was not handled by the guests and they had to come down to pick it up themselves. It is understandable that the hotel does not take responsibility for hygiene and safety, but now many hotels have set up robots to deliver food. The delivery person directly gives the food to the robot and then the robot delivers it upstairs. This is so convenient. Overall, I will not stay at this Marriott in Zhuzhou again.
