I saw the newly opened hotel in Zhuzhou, and I came here to experience it. The room is super big, it is estimated to be 45 square meters, the bathroom is separated from dry and wet, and the details are in place. This air freshener is the most high-end I have ever used in the hotel. There is no peculiar smell at all. The mineral water seems to be designated by Xi Dao for poverty alleviation. The taste is very good. As expected, you get what you pay for. Breakfast is also good. It is delicious and exquisite. The service here is good and the transportation is convenient. The hotel is quiet and suitable for leisure travel. The room is well-equipped and quite large, with a view of the Xiangjiang River. Although there are not many guests staying in the hotel, the breakfast is quite rich in variety and the quality of the fruit is good. The hotel staff are particularly enthusiastic. From the front desk customer service staff Yang Zijian and Manager Zhang at check-in, to the cleaning staff Cao Shulin and Chu Ping, and the chefs in the restaurant, they all actively asked about my needs. When I mentioned that the room smelled of smoke, Ms. Li at the front desk immediately brought an air purifier. She also helped me change to a smoke-free room.

The hotel has a good environment and new facilities. The front desk staff is enthusiastic, polite and responsive. The hotel is open 24 hours a day. We also upgraded our room for free upon check-in. The room is large, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the windows are all floor-to-ceiling. The hotel is surrounded by convenient transportation, including barber shops, convenience stores and restaurants. It is close to the high-speed rail station and the bus is also convenient. GGuest UserIt’s a great hotel that is very new and modem. The rooms are a great size and feature a giant 75 inch tv recessed in the wall. There’s a fridge with coke and sprite and bottled water which is ( usually) topped up each day. The staff appear to nit be able to speak any English whatsoever, which could possibly be a big problem. The included breakfast is supposed to have a western portion but that was non existent, including no cold milk for the small amount of cereal they provided. The cleaning maintenance, especially in the public areas is quite poor, especially the carpeted areas including the lifts. The hotel isn’t complete yet, they are still working of different floors so that’s a reason for the dirt possibly. Smoking is everywhere including the lounge areas in the lobby and the breakfast area, but in this city, seems to be par for the course. (Revolting). The price is quite reasonable, given what you get, although i found out that the Hyatt Regency was only about $50 Australian dollars a night more and vastly superior. To sim up, you get what you pay for, but in this case, apart from the shortcomings mentioned, that’s quite a lot.

The canteen was not that great, receptions of canteen were not as good as others. Washing machines needed upgrading, one was broken. Still allowing smoking in China, quite stinks. Beautiful small city Zhuzhou, only problem is grey sky all the time.

Good thing trip.com helped me along the way and gave me this hotel. Nice and the rooms are large. The view is also nice at night.
