Un engaño este lugar. Con una reservación de Hoteles.com avalada por *******, llamé para avisar que llegaría tarde. La persona que me respondió fue un tipo mandón y grosero, que me insistía que mi reservación no valía para nada, ¡un día antes de llegar a mi destino!! Acepté su primera contra-oferta porque, aunque era más costosa, ya tenía todo listo y a mi familia dispuesta a tomar el viaje de vacaciones. ¡Pues no! Me respondió que lo disculpara, pero que el precio era más del doble de lo que tenía yo contratado y que, a él no le importaba mi contrato, porque ya no trabajaba con la aplicación. Lo peor, ese lugar sigue, al día de hoy, publicado en ambas aplicaciones, ******* y Hoteles.com y solamente me quiso "ver la cara", pero ese señor está muy equivocado si cree que así, con su trato vulgar, a alguien le quedan ganas de ir a hospedarse en su hotel.

My daughter and I stayed for 9 Nights, we wished it was longer. We liked the location , very quiet, short walk to La Ropa beach and some restaurants. Also close to the bus stop or taxi stand. we did not find English TV, so we just did without, Noe and staff very nice.

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at the Villa el Arca. The Villa was very clean and comfortable. It has a small kitchenette so we were able to bring in some groceries. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out on the large open deck. The Villa is not oceanfront but is close enough to hear the ocean waves. In the morning you hear all the local birds. The owner and staff are pleasant and take pride in looking after the Villa and guests. It has a nice relaxing pool area which we enjoyed. The Villa is a very short walk to Playa La Ropa beach. There are a few restaurants close by and taxis and local buses were easily accessible. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely visit again.

We were very comfortable. Mr. Noe the owner was very kind. It is a few steps from the beach. It has nearby restaurants of very good quality in the area where the hotel is located, some walking others in your car.
