The hotel is fine but a bit worn-off, sound insulation should be somehow improved.

Overall experience is average. The hotel needs refurbishment in terms of the mattress. Breakfast is good. Staff is courteous. Location is good. Overall cleanliness is also good.

Ac was not working till 12 night, finally they have to change our room, washrooms we're very smelly, we have allocated split bed room accomodation. Customer service in the restaurant was not up to the mark. Hotel tariff does not match the comfort, hygiene & service standards.

Location and rooms are nice. Food was average, specially dinner buffet is not impressive, breakfast is good.

Property location is good and food is also fine. We faced issues in the washrooms with flush not working in 2 suite rooms. That is not acceptable.

Best stay in zirakpur in best western. Although we have opt for breakfast plus dinner option meal plan. But dinner option are limited, needs improvement. Rest stay experience was wonderful
