As i use IHG Holiday Inn Brand internationaly and i booked forst time in Zirakpur i love the service they guys provide staff were helpfull and friendly everything is near by if you guys want to do shopping or night out this is the best place to stay in so what to think for plan ahead to stay Holiday Inn chandigarh next time 🥂 cheers🤙

The stay was good amd view was good too. The only problem i experienced that i got the key and was heading to my room and room was not ready. Two room service people just did setup the room quickly and i had to wait to wait for 10 min outside the room although their were other rooms that were ready and locked to be used but i was assigned a room no 125 that was not ready, moreover there was no towel so i asked for towel and it eas sent after 20 min. Also i ordered breakfast and it took time too.

Hotel Superia Grand One of the best hotel in Zirakpur and staff too good and very corporative we enjoyed our stay And we had dinner in Viva restaurant, Dinner was really Delicious and Staff was very Kind and Polite we want special mentioned Front Office staff all was very Kind and Helpful Thanks again Superia grand

I would like to share my experience in Staying with BEST WESTERN Hotel Maryland. I was travelling from Manali to Jaipur with my Family & Children’s, I checked in on 22/1/2023 and Checked out on 23/1/2023, I took a 4 rooms of Executive Categories. Our rooms was stinking so badly with smoke & Alcohol, and the pillow cover’s was also not clean properly. When i asked the management to please help me out because my niece and nephew was not feeling comfortable in that smoky rooms and there’s no option available for ventilation. But they just came up with a Room spray which was not enough to stayed in those rooms. Anyways! the best part of the hotel is they are charging of anything you order more than the MRP, like for example i have ordered a Bisleri water bottle in my room, and the price was mentioned ₹20 on that bottle but they have charged 4x times on the MRP price, and if you request them to please take it back as I don’t need it, than it’s not possible according to them because the bill was already printed and now you have to pay for it unless you need it on not. If you don’t trust me, please see the attached photo of that bill. Although hotel is new with all the basic amenities, rooms are good enough because its a new property but the staff is very incompetent with there customers specially new customers. I met with Mr. PANKAJ in Restaurant, I don’t even think so that he’s completed his Hotel Management Course Afterwards at the Time of Checked out I met with the Lady on the Front desk Miss/Mrs. NIRMLA has a very bad attitude and was very rude with myself & others. Overall:- I had a very Nasty experience to Staying in Chandigarh, it would be much better if i could stayed in other hotel.

Had an excellent stay with family. They went out of the way to help my schedule. I had to leave early to Manali and they provided me breakfast much earlier that their schedule. Rest of the stay was also up to the mark.

Stay is comfortable in the lords inn hotel. Room clean every day by staff. Breakfast is very good. All staff is very cooperative and friendly. Everything is very good. I am staying for the last 13 days in hotel i am fully satisfied and this is my second time staying in this hotel
