This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, directly facing Dongjiang Lake with an incredible view. Our housekeeper was attentive, and this is truly a hidden gem of a guesthouse. The overall atmosphere is quiet and healing, definitely worth another visit!

I highly recommend this hotel. It has a great location and excellent service.

We arrived at the guesthouse quite early, right at breakfast time. The housekeeper warmly invited us to join them for breakfast. We were just wondering where to find breakfast, especially since we had just moved from next door, and most guesthouses in this area don't offer it. I highly recommend this guesthouse, especially if you're traveling with kids or elderly family members. It's so inconvenient to have to go out and look for breakfast!

The butler proactively contacted us on WeChat even before we arrived, and we already felt their thoughtful service. We drove there, and parking was very convenient with a dedicated underground garage offering free parking. The breakfast was also delicious, and the environment was as beautiful as shown in the pictures!

Perfect for a rainy day, just chilling by the guesthouse entrance. The host mentioned that the fog is thicker on rainy days, and I got lucky! I saw the misty Dongjiang Lake without even going to the scenic area. My phone just couldn't capture the beauty my eyes witnessed.

The room was spacious, and the public areas were definitely worth the price. The photo op spot on the second floor was also a nice touch. We drove there, and parking was very convenient. When we used the bath, they proactively asked if we needed a bath liner, and they provided real, large towels (I'm so fed up with some B&Bs and hotels that only offer disposable ones). The complimentary breakfast was tasty, and if you weren't full, you could order another bowl of noodles for free. It was raining when we left, and the front desk staff specifically came out to offer me an umbrella. I told her we were leaving and wouldn't take it since we couldn't return it, but she said it was fine and not to get wet. Absolutely wonderful. Warm winter sun [Tea around the stove]: Tasted good. [Souvenir gift] Specialty Dongjiang small dried fish: They gave us a big bag, which saved me from having to buy souvenirs myself. Excellent. [Warm and attentive personal butler] Butler service: Very thoughtful.

This guesthouse is located by the Dongjiang River and has an underground parking garage, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. My room was on the second floor with a river view and a tatami setup. It had large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a beautiful river view, perfect for photos. However, the room was a bit small, and the lack of a desk made it inconvenient for business travelers. The steps at the entrance are poorly designed; it's easy to trip when going to the restroom at night, which is especially unfriendly for the elderly and children. The front desk lady was very helpful and shared local sightseeing tips, specifically recommending the sea of clouds at Huilong Mountain. I woke up early to see the sea of clouds and missed breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Overall, it's a great place for a relaxing vacation and photo ops.
