酒店環境優美，服務周到禮貌，房間乾淨整潔，走出小陽台看到的就是漂亮的東江，體驗感不錯！而且酒店離東江湖景區遊客中心很近，衹需要5分鐘的車程，非常方便！

這家酒店的服務簡直無可挑剔，從入住到離店，每一位員工都展現出了專業和熱情，讓人感到賓至如歸。前台小何很熱情，房間的清潔程度超出了我的預期，無論是床品還是衞生間，都一塵不染，讓人住得放心，客房內的裝飾風格温馨舒適，細節處理得非常到位，讓人一進門就能感受到温暖。房間很明亮，有陽台，酒店還配備有健身房，洗衣房，網球場等等。酒店的快速入住和退房服務非常高效，節省了我很多寶貴的時間。總之入住的很滿意，值得推薦

酒店服務很好，還給免費升級了房型，第一個房間反水，衞生間有點味道，聯繫後立馬更換了房間，中午還給延時到2點退房

房間漂亮，家庭旅遊！但入住時前台提醒露台有隱翅蟲，都不敢打開露台門。落地玻璃有點髒，所以景色都沒有看得很清晰，這裏有點扣分。
