前台態度一般不算很熱情，辦理速度慢，房間裏面床圍框架裝飾是水泥牆很奇怪像毛坯房裝一半一樣！設施陳舊！好處就是距離廣場比較近方便走走！附近吃的就沒有好吃的了，第一家日料及難吃又換了披薩店也及難吃！

很順利入住，雖然房間小了一點，但是挺乾淨的，價格也還ok，服務也不錯，這附近看了很久的酒店，這家在當地外網評價也是最高的，所以總體還是不錯

標準房型是沒有冷氣的，另外高級房型才有！進了房間之後我們才發現冷氣的問題，然後想着升級房型。攜程兩個房型差價是150人民幣，前台説要48歐元，就是370人民幣。找了攜程客服，客服聯繫代理，最終讓我們過了一個半小時告訴我們沒辦法衹能48歐元最低升級價格。淡季加下雨酒店入住率非常低，服務還這麼死板。
另外寫的洗衣房也是沒有的。
房間設施不太好，自帶的拖鞋非常薄，毛巾也不怎麼樣。很招待所的感覺。

Comfortable and quiet stay in a good location next to the lake and restaurants and also within walking distance of shops. As ever in Serbia the staff were friendly and accommodating. The evening and breakfast buffet was very nice, unfortunately I was only in this hotel for one night on a tour, I would have like to have stayed longer in this region.

Hotel is close to everything but still quiet and surrounded by tall pine trees
People are genuinely kind.
Zlatibor is well know for helping people with respiratory problems.
