It went very well, the staff were very welcoming and available for every need. The clean room is equipped with everything and full of details like a small living room. Very clean and tidy, spacious bathroom is very comfortable.

My travel colleague and I booked this hotel for only one night . It was near Bologna airport and thus we wanted to make our airport transfer easier and faster. The rooms were warm , clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We could not order a taxi because we had no Italian telephone lines . The staff also carried for us a taxi the next morning to take us to the airport.

I stayed one night and they gave me a room on the PT parking side. It was hot and too early for the weather. I left a window rolled down at night and the vehicular traffic was annoying. In addition to this, to be a 4 star, a room should not look like the photo I attach.

The hotel is in a strategic position for those who, like us, just had to get off the motorway and go to an evening event but also for those who have to organize a conference with a stay. Modern hotel, with comfortable and quiet rooms. I personally found the sink in the bathroom uncomfortable and generally impractical for placing lotions, creams or anything else. Overall a great stay with a rich breakfast buffet.

I live in Zola Predosa and for work I have often accompanied my collaborators to this hotel for years (where I book always leaving my card as a guarantee), this weekend I accompanied 2 of my partners as usual, when I arrive at the hotel I don't find the usual girl at the reception (really very good and smart) but a guy who refused to let me go up to greet my partners even though I was willing to leave him my document (as I always do, moreover it was 7pm and I had gone to pick them up for dinner) and the reservation it was guaranteed by my card. I didn't even want to waste time arguing with this person and I left, the next day I moved them to another hotel in the area where they are more polite towards their customers, it's a shame that after years I found myself in this grotesque situation right in a hotel I chose for my partners.

Unfortunately, the Classic rooms overlook the street and, despite the sound insulation, are noisy. In any case, it is impossible to keep the windows open. The only solution offered at reception was a paid room upgrade. I understand that there must be a difference between the room levels but in any case perhaps it would be better to specify that the Classic rooms are facing the street, in an area where trucks also pass by. I booked the hotel some time in advance to be able to spend an evening in Bologna with some friends, who would then return in the evening... at the last moment my friends thought of stopping to sleep too... The reception, at our sudden request, she proved to be immediately available, efficient and kind. We found 2 clean rooms, equipped with all comforts. A very rich and varied breakfast awaits us... truly amazing. Outside there is ample parking. The hotel is just a few minutes from the Unipol Arena. Really super recommended.

We stayed at this hotel with a couple of friends for the Roger Waters concert. Given the queues and the effort to park at big events, this time choosing this hotel made it very easy for us to get to the Unipol Arena with a pleasant 20-minute walk. Highly recommended. The hotel is simple, but equipped with all comforts. The bathroom is new and very clean, ours even had a window, which is the thing I love most. Good sweet and savory breakfast, easy to reach, price in line with the services and very friendly and helpful staff. The only flaw was that it was very hot in the room and I wasn't able to lower the temperature, but I often argue with those systems. For events in Bologna we will definitely return to this hotel!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per una notte, ho alloggiato in camera singola. Dimensione adeguata, pulizia ottima. Colazione varia e abbondante. Suggerirei, essendo che il ristorante è aperto solo in alcuni giorni/orari, di aggiungere qualche opzione per mangiare qualcosa di veloce. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Ho alloggiato in questo hotel in occasione del concerto dei backstreet boys. L'hotel è nella media, la camera abbastanza pulita, tranne un pò il lavandino in bagno. Il letto era abbastanza comodo. La colazione andava dal dolce al salato, con possibilità di fare le uova strapazzate. Non dista molto dall'unipol, l'unica pecca è che fare la strada di sera a piedi, di ritorno dall'unipol è un pò bruttina essendo, una strada a rapido scorrimento. Comunque c'è una fermata della stazione a 300-400 metri dall'hotel e si fa tranquillamente a piedi. Inoltre c'è un treno che arriva all'unipol, fermata palasport.

La nostra struttura sta infatti completando i lavori di restyling e ci risulta davvero strano quanto da lei evidenziato. Poi assolutamente d accordo con lei che quello che può piacere a noi non incontri i suoi gusti. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia la nostra governante controlla tutte le camere e ci risulta molto difficile che non abbia notato pavimenti palesemente sporchi. Rimane comunque il fatto che se la camera non era di suo gradimento e presentava delle problematiche poteva farlo presente al nostro ricevimento che in questi casi sicuramente avrebbe provveduto nel migliore dei modi. Vero che non possediamo carte, ma non perchè siamo un hotel congressuale, ma perchè crediamo che Bologna offra tante attrazioni compresi bar con magnifiche viste che sicuramente hanno diversi mazzi di carte con cui giocare davanti a bellissime panoramiche. La ringraziamo comunque del tempo dedicatoci e le auguriamo una buona giornata.
