I spent time and energy going all the way, but I had no choice but to be forced to change hotels. Other hotels did not have the room type I wanted to book at all. It was a forced sale! We originally booked a hotel far away from the core scenic area for a quiet rest, but we were forced to change to the edge of the core scenic area. There was noise outside until the early morning, and we couldn't sleep at all. From beginning to end, no staff apologized, and their attitude was particularly commonplace. It felt like a habitual offender. I hope everyone will avoid it!

本來定的是峽谷酒店，然後到達統一登記處告訴我們説峽谷酒店不開放，另外給我們安排同等類型的酒店。他們根本不知道這種是不可能同等類型的，之所以定峽谷酒店就是考慮到它的安靜，他們以為給我安排到熱鬧的地方，我應該滿意！根本就不考慮我自己的個人喜好和需求！説明總前台的工作人員服務意識職業素質都很差！面對客人漫不經心在聊天，也不考慮客人在等！下面圖片這個女孩把我的身份證拿在手中轉來轉去玩，還把它弄到地上 去！

Wujiang Gorge Hotel is really great. The location is very good. It is at the entrance of Xizhai. Those who drive can drive directly to the parking lot and walk to the hotel in two minutes. The rooms with balconies can see the Wujiang ferry. It is very quiet. The breakfast is very good, and there are welcome fruits! Xiao Sun who received us was very kind and made us feel at home!

房間硬件設施好，環境好，服務好。

環境沒得説，但是景區缺乏競爭力，裏面都是景區自己的飯店，飲料店，真的沒有可比性，也不太方便。住一晚足夠，住了兩晚，感覺有點多餘。
