Room size a bit small Standard hotel , nothing much to comment Travelling with friends, a bit embarrassing when you need to shower , somehow can see through a bit from the glass

Great service and amenities. Breakfast has loads of option from cereal to noodles to dimsum. The only downside is it seems to be the furthest hotel to the main area (15 mins walk) but we like its quietness. There’s lots to explore along the way, optionally shuttle bus at demand.

Complaint room toilet smelled and was upgraded to another room with a balcony. Live the size of tge room. Service was exceptional. The best hotel I have stayed so far.

The hotel environment is OK, but I asked the hotel and they said that I couldn't see the village. We called the customer service and it started to come up, saying that it would be available after a while. Then we were too tired to play, fell asleep, and woke up but there was still no hot water. I had no choice but to use cold water to take a shower on the second day of my menstrual period. The little one got up and took a shower the next morning. As a result, I still couldn't take a shower the next morning. It's not that I'm looking for a cheap hotel. I think Mushan Hotel is a better hotel in Wujiang Village no matter what. I'm also a poor family with a rich road, so I don't want to make do with it. As a result, I found a hotel that didn't even have hot water. I didn't see the so-called most beautiful scenery. I feel that the overall experience is very poor.

This season is off-season and there are few people in the scenic area, but the performances are carried out as usual, which is great! I heard that it was developed by the same group as Wuzhen, with the same management model. Vehicles are parked at the customer service center, and check-in is also done at the customer service center. Then there is a shuttle bus to the hotel. If you stay in a homestay, the shuttle bus cannot go directly to the hotel. Mushan Hotel is relatively close to the East Gate. It takes 800 meters to walk from the hotel to the core scenic area. It is a hotel far from the core scenic area, but you can also see drones and music fountain performances in the room. The air in the mountains is really good. Compared with Wuzhen, there are more places to go up and down stone steps. It rained when we came and the road was a bit slippery, which is not suitable for older people. I just came from Wuzhen. Overall, I feel that the service is still slightly worse than Wuzhen. For example, when entering the scenic area, someone took the initiative to send the luggage to the car, but when checking out, there was no one. This is what Wuzhen Di Shang Hotel did very well. The hotel front desk guy is more flexible than the staff at the customer service center, and the service is good. Overall, it is good and worth recommending hotels and attractions

There are 5 hotels in the village, but it is obvious that the battery trolleys are insufficient. I don’t know if it is because of the holiday. The hotel elevator is very small and slow. The room we were given It's on the 5th floor, and the restaurant is on the 3rd floor, but it's hard to get a seat when you get to the elevator. It's recommended that you stay a little lower. If that doesn't work, you can still take the stairs to the restaurant. If you arrive late, you can just have dinner at the hotel, but the buffet is not that good. Delicious, half price per child for 128 guests. After dinner in the evening, go for a walk in the village. At this time, you find that it is very cold outside at night. There are few cars with seats and you need to wait. The hotel staff will not take the initiative to notify you to call a car, so the service is really not good. The village at night The lighting is okay. You need to scan the QR code to check the time before looking for the performance. For us foreign tourists, no one tells you how to play when you enter this village, so it is not unreasonable to see a lot of complaints online. There are so many people during holidays. Just walk around, most of them are restaurants and commercial shops. If you live nearby, you can drive and arrange a 2 days and 1 night, but for tourists who come from far away, the price/performance ratio is average, and the main services cannot keep up with so many operations.
