How do I evaluate this hotel? I compared many hotels online and finally chose this one because I saw that they offer free car wash. Before we arrived at the hotel, Xiaomai Butler called to ask what time we would arrive and whether we had any requirements for the room. He also reminded us to bring thick clothes, saying that it is quite cold in Zunyi. Manager Yang Neng Hong was exceptional, and she helped us order a beautiful birthday cake for our daughter. She even added a personal birthday note! In general, the accommodation conditions here are relatively low, which is probably related to the overall accommodation environment of Chishui and the low autonomy of the hotel management team due to the management model. If conditions permit, you can try a better hotel. The advice for hotel shareholders is to fully empower the hotel management team, market-oriented competition and incentives.
Facilities: The facilities are old and it is recommended to repair or upgrade them thoroughly.
For example 1. The gap in the wardrobe is so big that it cannot be closed effectively.
For example 2. The air conditioner is humming, and it is still very loud even when it is turned down to the lowest air volume. There is really no way to fall asleep at night.
