Spacious apartment, well equipped with all amenities kitchen and terrace. 5 min walking from Oerlikon station. Clean practical and simple

the location is 20 minutes tram from zurich HB, it is a studio with kitchen, bathroom, microwave, and refrigerator. it does not have air conditioner. and the front desk is usually not available. it is a large room. the only thing is the air conditioner, but the day I stay is not really hot

Wi-Fi連不上。平台聯繫酒店客服沒人回覆，到四天住滿都沒回一個字。熱水壺水垢看著嚇人，不敢煲熱水。沙發上有個鞋印，唯一好就是離火車站近。

Wi-Fi cannot be connected. The platform contacted the hotel customer service but no one responded, and even after four days of stay there was no reply. The scale in the hot water kettle looks scary, so I don't dare to boil hot water. There is a shoe print on the sofa. The only good thing is that it is close to the train station.

不喜歡，自助式入住、很不方便，周圍交通便利

I don’t like it. Self-service check-in is very inconvenient. The surrounding transportation is convenient.

I would like to stay again next time if I have the chance

I would recommend to avoid this apartment hotel. The place is worn down and i need of urgent renovation. There are plenty of rats running around the building(could be because of the constantly overfilled trashcans at the entreance) and in the basement/washing room and the support and flexibility of the support they offer is terrible. Cancellations are more or less impossible.  There are other better and cleaner options in Zurich

10 minutes walk from the railway station. Very quiet and clean. The bed is 1.5 meters wide. There is a kitchen and a balcony. Check in with check-in code. The price/performance ratio is pretty good in Switzerland.

My taste is a bit too warm. The comfort is relatively good. Small flaws, such as faucet (shower), defective bathtub/shower switch valve, shower curtain attachment, casters/rings...otherwise everything is great!

Booked apartment for 2 days. A few days earlier, an email arrived informing us that due to ”water problems” they were moving us to another location, in Gubelstrasse. They gave us an apartment without cleaning! Mattress without sheets and with stains, dirt on the floor, pillows without pillowcases and very dirty. All in the basement attached to the laundry room which always makes noise. To our protests and requests to have other accommodation they told us quite annoyed that they were full and had nothing else. Thanks to the intervention of Booking.com they sent a team of 4 maids (very kind and good) who cleaned everything and put clean towels and sheets. But now we no longer felt like staying. In the end, after I had put the keys in the checkout box, I get a message that they can't find them and to send PROOF that I had delivered them! I have never had such an experience
