Great location, just in front of Zurich main station. Hotel room is very nice and newly renovated. Excellent breakfast and nice staffs.

The hotel is RIGHT IN FRONT of the main Central Train station. Behind the hotel is the shopping belt and the old town where you can walk to see the various architectural buildings. The staff there were helpful especially in the early morning getting me a taxi to the airport. Cleaning staff replenishes the toiletries daily without fail. Is a great hotel location and place to stay in Zurich.

This is a great hotel at a great location. Just opposite the train station n near the famous shopping street. Can walk to the river and National Museum behind the train station. The staff are very friendly and professional. Even the house keepers are very professional. Breakfast is not bad but always same type of food.

The hotel is great, just opposite the Zurich train station. This time I traveled with my mother and daughter. According to the reservation, they took the initiative to add a bed for my 11-year-old daughter. Fruits were free, and there were free chocolates. But I didn't notice that the canned chocolate beans in the minibar were not free, so I ate them anyway. So, it's okay. The service is very good and considerate. It's just a little expensive.

The hotel is very conveniently located opposite the central train station. The service and facilities are excellent. Free water, fruit and chocolate are delivered every day, and slippers are provided. The breakfast is of good quality, but there are too few varieties.

It is located close to Zurich Central Station, and even though it was raining when we arrived, we managed to get there without getting wet. A wonderful hotel with a historic feel. The bed automatically reclined and was spacious enough to spread out our suitcases, so we had a very comfortable stay. Our room was on the second floor facing the main street, but it was quiet at night. The smoked salmon at breakfast was very delicious. If I come to Zurich again, I would like to stay here again. This is a hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

Very convenient to the train station, walk across the road is the train station. It is very convenient to get to Zurich airport. Breakfast is also top notch. The service attitude is also very good.

I chose to stay here for the second time because it is just opposite the train station and next to Bahnhofstrasse. It is a tradition to give out chocolates.

The hotel management details are very considerate: the front desk will give guests a welcome glass of freshly squeezed juice. There is always fresh free fruit at the elevator entrance. The room was decorated with flowers and fresh fruit plates and chocolates. Very good experience.

I have a Ctrip black card, so I can barely stay in a hotel that is not cost-effective. There are not many good choices.
