Friendly and helpful staff. Due to flight delay, arrived in the midnight. However staff is always standby to accept late check-in guest.

The hotel is conveniently located near the tram station. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, while others were not as welcoming. The room was small and lacked basic amenities. Breakfast is ok.

The hotel is very well located. However, the room is not completely clean! There are dirty stuffs on the floor, unfortunately.
The price is good considering zurich is an expensive city.
Reception people are very helpful.
Overview, recommend to check it out when you visit Zurich.

Not wheelchair friendly. Quite a walk from the train station with luggages. No kettle provided to boil hot water.

The hotel location was a walking distance of less than 10 minutes to the main train station in Zurich. The room was small but overall comfortable as we have booked a room for 3 person. There is a small balcony to step outside.
Service was OK and not a WoW experience all together. Coffee machine at the lobby was chargeable and 0.50 CHF a cup.
