The hotel meets basic accommodation needs. It is not far from the airport and is convenient to get there. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and there is a bus stop at the door, making life convenient. In Zurich, I think the overall value for money is still good.

The location of the hotel is slightly remote, but there are quite a lot of bus lines around, and it is quite convenient to travel. There is a tram directly to the airport, and a few hundred meters to the bus station on foot; the hotel facilities, sanitation, and service are not bad. J'ai réservé cet hotel pour passer la nuit avec ma fille après le concert d'Olivia Rodrigo à Zurich le 11.6.2024. La chambre était garantie par ma carte de crédit et j'avais fait le check-in sur le site Accor le matin même. A l'arrivée à l'hôtel à 19.00 on m'avait dit qu'il n'y avait plus de chambres disponible et que l'hôtel cherchait des solutions depuis le matin dans d'autres hôtels localisés très loin de la salle de concert... J'ai du insister pour avoir une chambre dans un hôtel pas très loin et nous avons raté la première partie du concert. En plus des gens arrivés après nous ont pu faire leur check-in à l'hôtel sans problème.... La réception nous avait donné comme explication le fait que c'était un groupe d'adultes... Moi j'était une client seule avec ma fille... Quelle déception . J'ai la carte privilège Accor qui permet un check-in prioritaire mais apparement à IBIS Messe on ne tient pas compte de ça....

The properties location was good since it was walking distance from the tram station. The food was just average. Just a basic very small room was provided with no amenities. The staff was quite uncooperative regarding giving out any help or advice. Was not very happy with my stay.
