Hotel with good location, close to the Tram stop. Simple but satisfying breakfast.
The reception team needs to be better trained, as an employee allowed a late checkout for one of our rooms (with an elderly person), however we were surprised by the rude way in which the elderly woman was asked to leave the room, at the standard checkout time , without complying with the late checkout granted as we are platinum members of the Accor network. terrible experience

The hotel room is very small. It is only about ten minutes away from the central train station by tram. It is very convenient to take tram No. 4 and get off at Technopark.
