Good size room and short walk to old town. Pleasantly surprised that a small hotel has pillow options too. Would come back again!

We came with two young kids and stayed for 3 nights. It was perfect! First of all, the location of the hotel cannot get any better - short walking distance from the train station, right in the center of the city, close to all types of public transport, and we were very pleasantly surprised to discovered that it is just across the street from a nice little cinema. The service was excellent. We came a little early, before our room was ready, but had free ice-cream in the lobby to keep us refreshed as we waited. The room was very spacious (although rather hot, despite the air-conditioning), and the breakfast was excellent. We would definitely return.

The location is excellent, short walk from Zurich HBF and many eateries located at the old town. Service was pleasant with the reception staff sharing tips on how to get around Zurich. Nevertheless, 1 item that left much to desire for was its room cleanliness. The towels in the toilet had stains in it and when we sat on the sofa chair in the room, we were horrified to find leftovers of the previous occupant(s) - tampon and medicine/ sweets trapped between the seat cushion. Unfortunately that left a bad taste in our mouth and we will not be keen to return again.

The room was nice, with free sparkling water, but you need to buy the drinks in the room refrigerator. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the lake, suitable for tourism and living.

The room is quite large, and the front desk is friendly. The transportation is right in the center of the old city, very convenient. The breakfast is also good, with more varieties. There is a coffee machine and sparkling water in the room. Overall, it is very good.

The location is very good as it is near Zurich Central Station. The service is just 3 stars. But... I thought it was the worst when I saw a drop of blood on the blanket right before I went to bed. After sleeping, I looked around and found that there was more buried around..? Haha, it's clear that the bedding is reused rather than washed. I had to go to bed right away because my child couldn't adjust to the jet lag, so I left after one night without saying anything. Make sure to check the bedding carefully. I took a picture of it on the bed next to the hotel items to let you know that it wasn't a fake. There was hair that hadn't been cleaned in the bathroom. I'm a bit sensitive to hygiene, so I can't give a good review.

The room is relatively large in Europe, and the breakfast is not very varied, but it's okay. The staff are very friendly and the location is very good. You can take a free train to Einstein's famous locker to check in.

The service staff of this hotel are very unprofessional. The money I kept in the hotel room was actually stolen. There is no surveillance in the corridors and floors. I have stayed in other hotels in the scroll group and had a good impression. The breakfast was also very good, but this one was completely No, the facilities are old. Security is really bad.

The location is 5 to 10 minutes from Zurich Central Station. Lost Münster Abbey and St. Peter's Church are also within walking distance along Lake Limmat The haired gentleman who is the manager of the hotel is also very kind. The lady who served me coffee in the morning was also kind. The bedding was clean and the breakfast was good.

Convenient transportation and average facilities

Very satisfied. The room is small and cozy. The location is very close to the train station and the old town. The breakfast was rich in content. In the evening we bought something to eat on the first floor. The waiter allowed it and gave us tools to open red wine.

The hotel is very elegant and clean. Bathroom supplies are high-end. The hotel staff's service is friendly. Good location. Highly recommended

The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. I like two things about this hotel: ⑴ Good location. It is a 15-minute walk from the Central Railway Station, and the back street is a street of restaurants. It is said that the most authentic Chinese restaurant in Zurich, Chopsticks Chinese Restaurant, is just behind the hotel. ⑵ Good breakfast. The hotel offers free breakfast, and the quality satisfies me. Only two small disadvantages: ⑴ Few indoor electrical outlets. In the room I live in, there is no socket by the bed. It's not good for swiping your phone before going to bed. ⑵ The shower room is slightly small. It's good for Asians, but it's very bad for European and American P men with a height of 1.8 meters
