Modern hotel with cosy rooms. Distance from Zurich HB train station is about a 15mins walk. iPad is used to control most of the functions in the room. We had issues with the Chromecast in our room and the hotel staff, Viktoriya, came to our rescue. The issue was not fixed but she was quick enough to offer another room, which turned out to be bigger, and we were able to binge watch our Netflix korean drama. We are very appreciative of Viktoriya's help and how she resolved the issue professionally. Highly recommend this hotel!

Perfect location if you wish to stay in the heart of Zürich. Within walking distance to Old Town and Zürich lake.

The check out is very early @ 11 am if you delay you will pay penalty and no one is informed us before. Also the rooms and corridor smell bad.

Clean and comfortable hotel that is near the main shopping stretch in Zurich

The room was bigger than I thought it would be! For a place with 14-15m2, it’s pretty well laid out and doesn’t feel too small. The technology is fun, and the service was great — there was always someone there to help or answer my questions. The only glitch seemed to be that controlling everything from an iPad isn’t perfect and my blind got stuck so I had trouble rolling it up until right before I checked out, but since I hardly spent any time in the room anyway, it didn’t really matter. I would stay there again! Nice quality and comfortable 😊

Just have to walk for around 10 minutes to arrive the hotel from the Zurich HB station. The room is clean and the staffs are very nice. They are very willing to help you. Nice experience there!

Nice stay here with high technology room service. Almost everything could be done by self including check-in and check-out. Convenient location for travelling.

location is very good for business, but that is it, there is no service as there is no staff, room is very modern, everything works via Ipad, including, lights, shades, music and a/c, my i pad did not work, nobody cared, so i slept with lights on in a freezing room. check out is automated so there is no staff, nothing, will not go back

Great and easy check in. Watt and Derrick were very helpful with the check in and info about Zurich. Loved the complimentary drinks at check in. Compact room but very modern with cool amenities. Loved the big and soft towels. Found the hidden hair dryer in a cute pouch. Water pressure in the shower was just right. They also stored our luggage for an extra day. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to this hotel.

We love the smart tech in the room. Everything can be controlled through the iPad. Room is spacious with a techie design. Highly recommended!
