Good stay & good stuff

Hotel is in good location near to tram stop .Walking distance to lake side. Reception staff are with smiling face.One problem we face there is no AC .Zurich is extremely hot this time

Really a great and worth hotel to stay in Zurich. Walking distance to tram station and coop supermarket. the tram nearby can go to Central Area and Airport. All the beverage in mini bar is FREE, that amazing! The staff is also friendly.

Nice modern room that is clean. The service is very good and they really try to give good service. They don’t provide conditioner for hair and no lotion but they provide shampoo and body wash. They give free all the drinks in the refrigerator. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was Good

The perfect place to stay in Zürich. The hotel was not far from City centre, the room was very clean and had everything you needed. The staff was friendly and always ready to help when they were asked.

I like this hotel very much, so I chose it for my second stay. This time the room was facing the back and the room was still very quiet. You can read my previous review, I will not repeat this review.

The overall transportation is very convenient. However, there is no air conditioning, which is also a historical problem.

Facilities: The shower head in the shower room is broken. It is rare that a four-star hotel does not have air conditioning. There is only a Dyson fan that is not too noisy. Service: The front desk service is very good. We can store our luggage here after checking out. The front desk will also remind you at check-in that the items in the mini bar are free for the first time, whether it is water or wine. Environment: Living on the second floor facing the street, the room is generally soundproof. The hotel is in a good location. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the main train station, which is very convenient for travel. The hotel is next to the coop and there is a pharmacy opposite. It is convenient to purchase necessities or emergency medicines. Hygiene: There is a small piece of unknown object stuck on the quilt, but everything else is fine.

The room was exquisite and the bed was comfortable and clean, but too small. The old fan was placed on the table and it was very crowded. The bathroom is very clean. To go to the balcony, you have to pass through the gap between the heater and the bed, which is very inconvenient. But the view outside the balcony is beautiful. The floor of the balcony is dark and feels dirty, maybe it's the color. The transportation is very convenient. The tram station is right outside the door. The hotel is very close to the train station and can be walked in ten minutes. We all walk. The front desk staff was pretty good. They prepared delicious little apples and various candies at the front desk, all of which were provided free of charge. There are supermarkets around with a full range of food.

The room is small and the location is good. It is near ETH Zurich and the train station, so it is convenient to travel. Breakfast is very expensive, but it is understandable in a high-consumption place like Switzerland. The smoked salmon is good, but everything else is average. The minibar has a wide variety of drinks.

Standard hotel, don't expect too much, overall it's good!
