Very convient，satisfied with the service. All the staffs are very friendly.

Super clean and quite big room! Near with public transport and not so far to the central area or main station. Friendly staff!

Nice stay but pillows not good. Too soft and only one. Suggest 2 and a little firmer. Tram stop just outside the hotel. Very convenient. Close to station. Nice bar area and can sit outside in the sunshine. Where able to store our bags a little expensive but for zürich it is expected. Main language is German but they all can speak English . Renovated so quite modern with nice reception area

Breakfast not really nice , better if can add more choice , apart from that all good , please try add more choice

The hotel is located right in front of the tram station which is very convenient. The service was great and the room was nice and clean.

Generally we were satisfied with the stay due to proximity. We also do not have much choice left for hotels because we booked late. But in short, based on the price paid, it could have been better. Room was pretty small, barely any space to walk after 2 luggages opened on the floor. And the wardrobe is weirdly placed in middle. We were given a room at the extended wing, so it's some distance.. Unlikely will stay again

Nice location and good hotel

Location was great, 5 mins from the station about 15 mins from central Milan. Not much was there other than that. Didn’t use any of the restaurant or amenities do cannot comment on that.

the hotel has got really nice people and good service at the reception, but the housekeeping team performs poorly and let it down. the shower in my room has got no door, just a curtain, and very strange, the floor in the bathroom HAS GOT NO DRAIN at all, so every time i shower, the water will inevitably wet the whole bathroom and unable to drain away. The first time i showered, the whole bathroom floor is filled with water and soaked up all the towers. I have to ask reception twice to get more towers, and they said they asked the housekeeping crew to come up, but no one come up until I have to chase twice. this housekeeping lady is very rude, and blames me for not showering with the curtain fully closed, well, why would I do that? and I asked her to bring 3 towers so I can clean up the floor, she looked like me and raised her voice and said: " 3?!" as if I going to take her towers home?? and then she just left without even offering her help.

Shared earlier on. To add on, the last night amenities wasn’t refill. Bed seem abit undone. Water glass bottle was not changed too. But otherwise all good.

Just next to the tram station.
