Nous y avons séjourné une nuit lors d'un évent professionnel. Accueuil professionnel et qualitatif. Lieu agréable et spacieux. Concept Hôtelier intéressant et bien pensé. Service de restauration adéquate et personnel fort sympathique. Chambres spacieuses, propres et très sgreables (oreiller a améliorer pour plus de confort). Petit déjeuner copieux sous forme de buffet proposant un large éventail de produits. Bowling sur place pour terminer la soirée. Un lieu fort sympathique que nous recommandons.

We wanted to stay two night there, as we are obliged to make our first steps, we called the reception was unfriendly and frustrated lady on the phone, anyhow, we end up without any outstanding service. The GM should take step against the lady attitude, very unmatchable for this pretty place. It was three days ago our call.

Lage Top, Vorspeise und Hauptspeise ebenfalls Top. Hausgemachte frische Brötchen aus der eigenen Bäckerei, naja vorgebacken eingekauft und nur fertig gebacken nenne ich nicht hausgemacht. Der Service für diese Preisklasse nicht akzeptabel. Apero sehr schnell bestellt, kurz darauf die Speisen. Der Salat kam 5 Minuten später, vom Apero nichts zu sehen, Salat auf die Seite gestellt und weiterhin auf den Apero gewartet welcher dann irgendwann kam. Kaum angestossen, Vorspeise noch nicht angerührt kam auch schon derHauptgang, welchen wir zurückgewiesen haben. Nach dem Essen 4 Mal nach der Rechnung gefragt, satte 35 Minuten gewartet. Schade dass der unorganisierte Ablauf ein ansonsten schönen Abend zerstört hat, kann leider nicht sagen gerne wieder.
