Great location and very friendly staff. Small renovations needed here and there but we would definitely come back.

Service war sehr gut aber viel zu wenig Personal. Speisekarte sehr bescheiden… Kein Interesse des Geschäftsführers an Gästen. Alles in allem sehr bescheiden und enttäuschend. Werden bis das Management wechselt nicht wieder kommen. Einzig erfreulich war die Servicebedienung.

Sehr schönes Zimmer in wunderschöner Umgebung. Angelegter Alpengarten ist sehr einladend und auch die Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Freundliches Servicepersonal. Die Rinderberggondel verläuft gleich am Hotel vorbei. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und gut geputzt.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The food and breakfast was really good, staff was very sympathetic and helpful and a wonderful relaxing spa.
A feedback to be given to the hotel is to have the spa open in the morning too which we think is only negative point.

Tolle Location mit kleinem, aber sehr passenden und erholsamen Wellness-Bereich direkt „auf der grünen Wiese“. Absolut ruhig und deshalb gut für entspannten Schlaf. Traumhaft schöne Terrasse und toller Barfuss-Weg. Natur pur rundherum. Das Essen war von der Qualität her sehr gut. Leider mussten wir auf unseren Hauptgang sehr lange warten und als er kam, war er praktisch schon kalt. Als wir dies anmerkten wurde Verständnis ausgedrückt und eine Entschuldigung. Das Frühstück war überschaubar; alles Notwendige war jedoch vorhanden inkl. lokalen Produkten. Wir würden wir wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

Magnifique hôtel, magnifique situation! Les chambres sont charmantes. C’est un petit coin de paradis, très reposant. Il s’agissait de notre deuxième séjour, et c’est toujours un sans faute. À recommander vivement pour un week-end à la recherche de repos.

Magnificent place directly on the slopes unfortunately closed at the end of the season. Modernized chalet atmosphere. Very pretty decoration with a mix of concrete and wood. Very comfortable rooms Very pleasant spa with filandais baths, one of which outside is unfortunately too hot. Very V Good saunas with mountain views. The restaurant is excellent and the welcome from the staff was very welcoming at the end of the season. To recommend with eyes closed

No comment, because poor service no support and do not answer the phone. We were disappointed because the place is certainly nice but we were let down and found ourselves without a place to sleep. There is no service.
