There is a huge lobby on each floor of the hotel, which is empty. The door to the first room I went to was not even cleaned, so the customer service moved me to another room. The environment looked very good. I was very satisfied at the time. As soon as I touched the sofa, I felt cool instantly. There is no USB socket for charging in the room. In the middle of the night, my phone ran out of power and I didn’t bring a power bank. I asked customer service to borrow a charging cable and said they didn’t have one, and they couldn’t help find it. I was so exhausted in the middle of the night that I could only stand at the front desk to recharge temporarily. It doesn’t mean that you should lend them to customers, but a hotel of this size should always have some small things to deal with customer emergencies. The service is really not good enough. There is no display screen for the elevator on each floor, only up and down buttons. You can't tell which floor the elevator has reached. It's very inconvenient to wait blindly.
