Overall, the hotel was fine! Perfect for one night! However, our room was extremely cold, and they couldn't help us. The air conditioning didn't work (which ruined our impression of the hotel! We couldn't sleep because of the cold! Breakfast in the morning was simple but delicious.)
I really liked the hotel's location: literally a 10-minute walk to the center and a 5-minute walk to the street where the restaurants are. It's very quiet, not noisy, which can't be said about the center. It's close to the old town. New hotel, modern rooms. I liked everything. It's a beautiful building. There's a large supermarket nearby and many small shops where you can buy fruit. Everything is within walking distance. The service is excellent.
The hotel has a great location, right next to Republic Square, and the Citywalk is very convenient. The hotel reception staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water and heating, and the breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and delicious. Overall, a very good stay!
This is a local five-star hotel. The walls and floors of the bathroom are made of Armenia's unique beige and pink volcanic rocks. I personally like it and think it is very distinctive, but my fat son complained that the holes are too big and not smooth enough; the sanitary ware is not from the high-end brands generally used by international five-star hotels but a local brand, so the user experience is slightly inferior, which was also complained by my fat son. But even a picky person like him admits that the buffet breakfast is first-rate (the opening hours are 7:30-11:00, which should actually be considered brunch): unlimited salmon; several local hot dishes are changed every day; various dried fruits and fresh fruits are of excellent quality. In recent years, we have traveled almost all over the surrounding areas, including Turkey, Russia, India, Egypt, Iran, the Arabian Peninsula, etc., all of which are in-depth tours, adding up to more than half a year. We are familiar with the agricultural products of these regions. In this hotel, we have eaten high-quality dried apricots and very sweet and sour prunes; Russian side dishes are also top-notch, and pickles are only two or three centimeters long; as well as blue cheese, high-quality air-dried beef, top-quality bacon, etc. ... We go to the supermarket every day and are very familiar with the prices in Armenia, which are almost the same as those in the first and second tier cities in China, so these carefully selected ingredients are expensive, which shows the sincerity of the hotel.
The hotel is very gentle and polite from the front desk to the restaurant to the guest room. I have left a very good impression during these days of stay.
The hotel has a great location near the republic square, the service is great, shops and stores are a walking distance. All city attraction are 10-15min from the hotel. The staff is great, i asked for a late checkout it was so easy, they were very welcoming.
Great hotel and location..biggest room I ever stayed in Yerevan.. Very comfy bed and spacious bathroom
Didn't try breakfast.. Overall great all, only area of improvement would be the noisy air conditioning but winter is coming anyway
a normal hotel, there is everything you need, a large bed, a clean room, sockets, a refrigerator, a table with coffee and tea, a TV, my room even had a balcony. the shower has everything you need, enough fresh towels.
The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Amenities included shampoo, body wash, towels, toothbrushes, and cotton swabs, along with a large refrigerator, hair dryer, kettle, cups, and plates. Considering the hotel's capacity, the breakfast selection was quite substantial! A side note for winter visitors: early mornings in Yerevan can drop to nearly -10°C, but the hotel is warm enough to comfortably wear a T-shirt and shorts.
Check-in convenience: Five stars
Safety: Five stars
Facilities: Five stars
Cleanliness: Five stars
Excellent, great location. There's a bar street right downstairs, a large supermarket nearby, and tourist attractions right next door! Very convenient transportation! I'll definitely come again.
Best hotel we stayed in the caucasus! Room size was big. Loved the professional service from the front desk, very clean rooms, amazing breakfast and after 2 days of having breakfast in the hotel, the very attentive staff at the breakfast area even rem my surname! That was a pleasant surprise! Enjoyed every moment here and was sad to leave. Will definitely recommend everyone to stay!!!

Amazing
GGuest UserExcellent location, right in the city center. Republic Square is a 3-5-minute walk away.
The staff is helpful and friendly. The room has everything you need: a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and washing machine. The price/quality ratio is excellent.
GGuest UserIt was the most comfortable hotel I stayed in Yerevan
1-Clean, hygienic, especially the bed
2-The front desk lady is super beautiful and the service is very meticulous
The boys on duty at night are also very good, help to call the car to the airport, because I am afraid that it is not safe to go out late at night, and send me out and send me to the car.
3- Order in the room, delivery speed is fast, and the price is a bit cheaper than the outside
4-The location is very good, in the community, quiet, 200 meters away from the underground passage is a medium-sized supermarket~ convenient
5- Convenient transportation, walking distance to all major attractions in the city
6- No check-in time, luggage storage is provided, the luggage will help to send to the room when the time is up
7-Breakfast time is longer, 8:00 to noon, more humane
TThomasvoyageA top-notch hotel, clean, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed, and truly wonderful staff. The only slight drawback is that it's a bit far from the center, especially on the return journey as the city is quite hilly! I loved my stay nonetheless.
Cchow fui ngoGreat location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done.
I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience.
The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break.
We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.
GGuest UserGreat location just off north avenue.. A customer oriented team who agreed to give me the room early cuz simply it was available rather than asking for early check in money
Small room of course but clean and adequate.. Didn't try breakfast but I tried their Terrace cafe and it was great..and it's 10% cheaper than North avenue hotel which is 20 meters away
OOlgaArrived at 3 am. They put me in a room where someone was sleeping 😀 . About 30 minutes later they gave me a room. Everything is clean. No extra smells. The guys at the reception during the day are adequate. I wrote everything in advance, it is unpleasant to wait so much at night (for this I took off 1 star). In the room there is a minibar, tea and coffee, a kettle. A robe. In my room for two there was 1 tiny shampoo, 1 tiny shower gel and soap, a toothbrush. A room for two! It was possible to put this for two at least. Total: it takes about 25 minutes to get there by taxi for 1600 money. The bus is 2 km from the hotel. It is not the center. In general, I liked the hotel, good attitude, clean, large rooms. I recommend it. There is also breakfast, I did not try it. Oh! There is a terrace on the 7th floor, a gym.
AAnonymous Guest UserThe hotel name is Europe but Asian guests are also welcomed, as I saw Vietnamese or Chinese guests were staying. The room is quite nice and comfortable, bed quality is good and comfy, bathroom is clean, the breakfast is simple but the quality of the each item is nice and has a good combination of nutrition altogether. Hotel clerks are kind, polite and attentive. It is very good hotel and I had pleasant experience.
GGuest UserOverall, the hotel was fine! Perfect for one night! However, our room was extremely cold, and they couldn't help us. The air conditioning didn't work (which ruined our impression of the hotel! We couldn't sleep because of the cold! Breakfast in the morning was simple but delicious.)
