Stayed here as a rest stop for our weekend Perisher trip. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It’s got parking right under in the basement which was super convenient. We enjoyed our stay!

A very quiet, clean and well run hotel. Very close to Parliament House and a 15 minute bus ride from Canberra CBD (No. 59). There is a local shopping centre with lots of restaurants, cafes and a Coles supermarket only 10 minutes walk away. Plenty of off street parking if you have a car. Good value in this location. 一个非常安静、干净、经营良好的酒店。离国会大厦非常近，距离堪培拉中央商务区（59号）有15分钟的公交车车程。 酒店距离拥有许多餐馆、咖啡馆和Coles超市的当地购物中心仅有10分钟步行路程。如果你有车的话，街边停车位很多。这个位置性价比很高。

Breakfast value for money  Overall very good value for money, good location. An adequate budget hotel if comfortable staying somewhere  comfortable not wearing top of the range clothing with top of the range accessories. Curtains need new hooks, but facilities in room adequate and clean 

As an economy hotel, the facilities and hygiene are excellent, the staff are friendly and the service is enthusiastic, the surrounding environment is rare and beautiful, and you can encounter small animals unexpectedly. The only drawback is that it takes about 15 minutes to drive to the City; but this did not affect my good impression of this place.

The Abode in Woden was the nicest motel we’ve stayed in for a long time . The location was great . Staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant served great food . Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an affordable, clean modern motel

Fantastic little rooms that are central to everything, great customer service, and the rooms are full of all the amenities that you would need. I would recommend it to everyone and certainly stay here again. Especially visiting during autumn is recommended as the city is so beautiful this time of year and with the views from the windows it make it so much better.

New modern hotel in a good location. Can be a bit quiet on the weekend. Cleaning could have been done better as we found a used tooth brush in the bathroom on checking in on the first night. The hair dryer is the weakest that I have ever seen. Other than those points, everything else is good.

A beautiful relaxing setting, tastefully decorated with the indoor gardens and palm trees. The restaurant and bar are open to suit any traveler’s time schedule . The rooms are clean, fresh and very comfortable. Thanks for the great hospitality . Easy to find and secure parking. Mark and Sharon

I recently stayed at Rydges Canberra and, overall, found the experience to be quite average. The hotel didn’t quite live up to my expectations — while it wasn’t bad, it also wasn’t particularly memorable. The room itself was clean but pretty basic and somewhat dated, lacking the comfort or extra touches you'd hope for at this price point. One thing that stood out as a bit off-putting was the parking fee — $25 per night seemed steep, especially considering the overall value of the stay. On a more positive note, the breakfast was definitely the highlight. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and offered a good variety — a great way to start the day. In summary, Rydges Canberra was okay for a short stay, but it didn’t impress. I’d consider other options next time unless the breakfast alone is enough to bring me back.

The room is small but well equipped. The bed is comfy. The public area is nice.  The library provides with free cold and sparkling water. It is so easy to bottle up the water before I head out for the day.  They also have a microwave and coffee machine. They provide complimentary apples which are crunchy and sweet. The $6 muffin is also good.  The neighbourhood is mostly government offices. The e Parliament House is in walking distance. However, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the nearest supermarket.
