MeiziMaggieThis is a beautiful hotel with its own casino and a variety of large, photo-worthy pools. The room facilities are great, the bed is very comfortable, and the surrounding environment is nice. It's not too far from the city, which is convenient, and there are many dining options. It's also connected to the adjacent hotel.

ShulanyueliangjiaThis place is perfect for solo travelers. You often face all sorts of issues like finding food, drinks, and entertainment when traveling alone, but everything here is taken care of. Plus, there are lots of robots, and the price is very affordable. Among all the mainstream travel agencies, this one is excellent. The service attitude is fantastic and very welcoming. Guest UserThis trip to Perth, I stayed in three hotels in total, and this one for 5 days was my favorite and offered the best value for money. The room wasn't huge, but it felt spacious. The staff were very polite. Initially, I thought they only provided two bottles of water daily, but then I found a card in the bathroom stating that guests could refill water on the first floor! We just didn't notice it earlier. There are many delicious and affordable restaurants nearby, and some beautiful buildings too. Plus, the free Red Cat bus to the city center is conveniently close. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Guest UserVery close to Perth Airport with a free shuttle service. The staff were excellent and willing to accommodate our departure time. The hotel's central island features a slide panel, allowing for flexible configurations. Both the service and food at the hotel restaurant were great.

If you stay consecutively, you need to clean the room. You must go to the front desk to remind the hotel to clean the room and replenish the supplies in the room, otherwise the hotel will not clean the room for guests staying consecutively. However, the hotel environment is still good.

mmfoodntravelThe Quality Hotel Ambassador Perth earns high marks for its unbeatable location. Situated in the heart of the city, it offers easy access to the Perth CBD, the Swan River, and major attractions like Elizabeth Quay and Kings Park. Public transport is just steps away, and the airport is a short drive, making it ideal for both business and leisure travellers.
Beyond convenience, the staff truly make the difference. From check-in to departure, every team member I met was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to offer local dining recommendations and ensure a smooth stay. It’s rare to find such consistent, sincere service.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for the price point. While not overly luxurious, they provide everything needed for a restful night. Complimentary Wi-Fi and on-site dining add further value.
In short, if you want a centrally located hotel with a personal touch, the Quality Hotel Ambassador Perth is an excellent choice. The combination of prime location and exceptional staff makes it stand out from larger chain hotels. Highly recommended for a hassle‑free, welcoming stay in Perth.

FeifeiandaiwangThe hotel is a 15-minute walk from Perth Station. They require a A$200 credit card deposit. The room was spacious and had a microwave. However, milk was only provided on the first day and not replenished daily. The towels looked quite old, more a grayish color than white. Soundproofing in the room wasn't great; I could hear conversations from the next room. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Barrack Street Jetty. There's also a free bus near the hotel that goes to Perth Station. Be aware that there are quite a few homeless people in the vicinity.

Place is old, and somewhat outdated, and u do hear the traffic from the freeway. But, for the cost for the night, which was $120, overall, it was good value for money. When I first arrived, as it was after hours, I dealt with the caretaker, who was friendly, and also helped me get into my room, cos I was having trouble with the door lock, which was my fault! I didn't use the kitchen facilities, except the fridge, but kitchen was equipped with enough items to be able to cook a meal easily. Bathroom was good, with shower over bath, (and big size bath too), so with not having a bath at home, I soaked for ages! I was informed before arrival, that only mini soap and toilet paper was provided, so I knew to bring body wash, hair conditioner, and other toiletries. Bed was comfy, and bedroom is quite large. TV maybe a little small, but the room had a couple of cupboards, and some hangers for clothes. Place was fairly clean, keeping in mind that it is an older property. Check out was easy, and I was met by a friendly receptionist behind the desk. I would definately stay again, if the price was as good, I'd just bring some earplugs for sleep, cos of traffic noise, which is no fault of the apartments of course!

The room is a bit old, but the location is truly central, with Dior, LV, and Chanel right downstairs. The bedding is quite clean, and the room size is decent, with a sofa, dining table, and kitchen, making it very suitable for tourists. It's also budget-friendly and offers great value for money. Across the road, there's a Coles supermarket, plenty of eateries nearby, and a 7-Eleven. Northbridge is also very close.
The only downside is that the city center gets quite noisy at night, with drunken people on the bar street. For safety, it's best not to go out at night.
An Uber to the airport takes about 30 minutes.
