The room was very good, especially considering local standards — spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and good quality.
Service was, in many cases, truly excellent: particularly from the dining staff, entrance/security team, and the porters, who were all attentive and genuinely helpful.
However, at reception the experience was more mixed. Sometimes was good. At times the staff tried to appear friendly, but it felt somewhat forced, and on other occasions their attitude shifted suddenly to being a bit aloof. This inconsistency made the reception service less authentic compared to the rest of the team.
Overall, the hotel is well located, easy to find, with a very nice swimming pool, making it a solid choice for a stay.
The room was decent, and it's close to the airport. However, the airport pick-up service provided by the hotel was very disappointing. I emailed them my flight number, and they replied that a driver would meet me at the airport with my name on a sign. But I ended up waiting at the airport entrance for two hours and made countless calls before a driver finally showed up. They quoted 700 Taka for a one-way trip, but then the hotel charged me 1000 Taka. The worst part is that it's only a 10-15 minute drive from the hotel to the airport. Not only was the service bad, but they charged five times the price of a regular taxi.
The most noticeable was the staff service. All were extremely friendly and helpful. I kind of liked the background music in the hallway which included light jazz.
Good breakfast and gym facilities were ok.
The Six Seasons Hotel Dhaka was an average experience overall. While the hotel's location is good, the interior is cramped and the facilities are aging, making it barely up to par. Regarding dining, the lunch was expensive and mediocre, lacking any special features. The breakfast selection was limited and lacked flavor, so much so that even a breakfast lover like me left without even taking a few bites. However, the hotel's safety rating was acceptable. Due to a last-minute, same-day booking, the room rate was a whopping 800 RMB per night. Considering the environment, facilities, and food, it wasn't a good value at all. The quality didn't match the price.
I had a wonderful stay at Sarina Hotel. The location is ok The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making my first impression of the hotel truly positive. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, and roomy. The room service was excellent, and I always had my dinner there. The food was really delicious and great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay and hope to return in the future. I highly recommend Sarina Hotel to others.
Too much mosquito even in higher floor. I booked this hotel for my Parents. They stayed 3nights on 12th floor room number 16. Overall facilities is okay, clean but not really clean.1st night they could not sleep at all because of mosquitoes. They informed reception next morning was was told they will spray but same thing happened 2nd night as well, when called reception said they sprayed which was not true.after requesting 3times they sprayed and finally there was no mosquito.they need to give more attention.
Visitors are not allowed, bathroom is too small and bidet is too short to reach.
Overall, I really liked everything. The hotel is clean and quite new. The breakfasts aren't very diverse but they are tasty. There's a dedicated floor for the fitness area and another for the spa, pool, and a very good sauna. The massage room wasn't working, which was a bit disappointing. The location is excellent, and the rooms have heating, though it was turned off at 10 AM on our check-out day.
A couple of times I stayed at other hotels in Dhaka and this is one of the hotel that is well recommended. The environment at the lobby is so classic and high end and the staff is so polite and so well spoken in English. They provide free shuttle service to pick up from the airport and location is near to airport too. The room is sooo spacious and super clean so as the toilet! The bed was comfortable too. That makes this place indeed well maintained. And never forget their food served at the cafe was good! The only problem are the honk noises from outside. But this is bearable for me. Just that the toilet door has loud cracky noise when trying to close it. But it’s ok. And the most important thing is their WiFi was so slow but ended up they resolved it with another set of router put into my room. Amazing job and I would give this place overall superb!
Suite stay was comfortable, but fell short of expectations for the price. Appreciated the inclusion of a bathtub, but overall room features felt rather basic for a premium category. On a positive note, it was nice that the team accommodated our request for breakfast timing—though it’s based on request, not standard. A few thoughtful upgrades could make the experience more aligned with the price.
The breakfast have a good selection of choices and it is different everyday. Stayed here for 4 nights and enjoy it. The people in Bangladesh are courtesy and welcoming. Everyone is helpful and the area of this hotel is near to many other food choices of walking distance of 10-15 mins. The next biz trip will still select this hotel as my choice of stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bengal Blueberry Hotel in Dhaka, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service that made me feel right at home.
The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which was truly outstanding. The hotel offers a wide variety of dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients and presented beautifully. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty breakfast or something lighter, there's something for everyone. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any requests or dietary preferences.

AAnonymous UserBudget hotel. Good value near the airport.
Cleanliness could be better but it’s generally ok. Food is just decent. There is a Spa with a good offer of treatments and a small gym.
RRaihanUSI recently stayed at Priyo Nibash Hotel in Dhaka, and my experience was truly impressive. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm attitude and quick service. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk team was always ready to help with any questions.
The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and nicely arranged. The bed was soft, the linens felt fresh, and the room had all the basic facilities I needed for a relaxed stay. I was especially happy with the quiet and peaceful environment, which made it easy to rest after a long day in the city. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay.
The food at Priyo Nibash was another highlight. Their restaurant served delicious dishes that tasted homely and fresh. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the food was flavorful and well-prepared. I really appreciated the variety and the fast service, even during busy hours.
Overall, the service at Priyo Nibash Hotel stood out the most. Every staff member—from reception to room service—was polite, attentive, and professional. They made sure guests were comfortable and satisfied at all times.
If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly place to stay in Dhaka with great food and excellent service, Priyo Nibash Hotel is a wonderful choice. I would definitely stay here again!
GGuest UserAbsolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available.
Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value!
The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…
GGuest UserThis hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped. Highly recommend!
SSasarkit M RahmanExcellent !
Chinese Hostel Management are fantastic, Specially manager Mr. Shahin is very good person. Is very near to Airport & heart of Uttara, security system are very good. In Dhaka everywhere is Mosquito’s problem, but Chinese Hostel prevents it with Mosquito net. *Some of point they have to improve no. 1/ payment system 2/ complimentary breakfast quality and serving system. I wish I will book again & recommend international travelers.
Yyew feiGreat service. Overall satisfied with hotel. 2 issues I don't think the hotel can do much
1. Due to location traffic is terrible
2. Also due to location, cafe at check in is full of mosquitoes. Can u imagine 2 waiters job is full time swatting mosquitoes..
NNicolaas Maria BosIt's a good hotel but they were making renovation during the day it was loud and gave me headache they give me another room but that didn't help. .i needed to do some work and calls it was impossible. But the staff and manager were very friendly . I suggest if you want not to disappoint your guests shut down the place for a couple of days and make the renovation 24/7 till it's finished .than you avoid angry guests who stay away next time. Because they pay top price for uncomfortable stay in pearl hotel .
