"Only stayed a night as we had an earlier flight the next morning. The hotel is right across the airport. We had dinner at the restaurant which was tasty and we enjoyed the vibe. We really appreciated the coffee machine and the flavoured water machine down in the lobby. Also on each floor is a water dispenser which was super convenient for us. Would definitely recommend if you need to rush to the airport in the morning."

"The staff are really great. I mean, the facilities are quite wonderful but it was the service experience that I appreciated the most. And the breakfast - my goodness! I really enjoyed all of the food, and I did try just about everything during my stay. The bread and pastries were fantastic, the coffee was lovely. Lots of other nice stuff - cheese and so on. Really great. Also there is a nice little patio area outside which was perfect for having a relaxing breakfast in the fresh air and sunshine. Access: I arrived on a city bus from Brussels Airport. The airport bus area is a real nightmare currently (May 2026), so I don't recommend that right now. But after they fix the bus terminal, it would be a good option (if you don't have a lot of luggage). It is a short walk from the bus stop to Penta Hotel. I took a rideshare back to the airport when I left. The room was cozy and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were good. The bed was very comfortable, nice bedding and pillows. I slept very well. The A/C wasn't working well, but it was during the heat wave and everyone was having issues in the country at the time. So I think it's not surprising. The vibe of the hotel is really cool. It definitely worked for me, lots of neat design stuff and graphics and knick-nacks with a lot of character. It fit my taste very well and hopefully you would like it too. I didn't get a chance to use the pool table in the lobby but I'm going to make a point of it next time. In summary: a funky and comfortable place to stay, good value for the price, outstanding breakfast and amazing, friendly and courteous staff. Very happy I found this place. (Apparently it's a small chain, so I will look for them when I am travelling in other places)"

"Ideal location near Brussels, perfect for an overnight stay. The room seemed generally clean and easy to access, though I did notice the carpet was damp on one side of the room. However, the stay was marred by a few inconveniences. Upon arrival, we were given a room that was already occupied, and we stumbled upon other guests' belongings (it would have been far more awkward if they had been in there!). Fortunately, the reception was able to find us another available room. Later, when I wanted to make coffee with the provided cups and instant coffee, there was no kettle. When I asked at the front desk, they couldn't find me one. I didn't push the issue, as we were only staying for one night."

But of special note: I really wasn't expecting much from the kitchen but the salmon I had for dinner was perfectly prepared to my specifications (medium-rare) and everything about the dinner was excellent. Definitely the best fish dish I had in all of Belgium. My wife's dinner was equally excellent."

"Not bad, the restaurant is not open. room service You can eat in the lobby. It is delicious. It is airport shuttle I thought that the hotel went directly to the airport. I went to several hotels to pick up people. The road was swayed for 35 minutes before I arrived at the airport. If you are in a hurry, it is easy to miss the plane. Ask Trip.com whether the shuttle should be pre-prepared in advance. Tell me about a day ~ there are two trips at 9:10 in the morning and 5 in the afternoon. It is not at all. It is 3：45-9：10 in the morning and 5：00-22：25 every 45mjn."

"The hotel was great and fresh and new. Everyone was very friendly. The food was excellent. The David Loyd spa was a bit crowded on Sunday afternoon. It wasn't enjoyable at that time however im sure if it wasn't sunday it would be more enjoyable with less people. Everything else was great. Thank you!"

"The room was clean and only a 15-minute walk from the airport shuttle, which was super convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile. My only complaint is the lack of luggage storage, which was a bit inconvenient. The self check-in was fancy, but if you arrived early, you couldn't get in, which felt a bit pointless."
