"Pretty good! We were given a room on the 33rd floor with an amazing view. The view alone is definitely worth the price!
Just a heads-up, the bottled water in the room is only free for members; otherwise, it's 3 CAD per bottle. There's a convenience store downstairs, but it's quite expensive. I recommend bringing a few bottles of water with you before checking in. Save where you can, spend where you should!"

"Location is unbeatable, probably the closest hotel backing onto the Incline Railway. With a Niagara Parks pass, you get unlimited rides right down to the Niagara Falls walking path/platform level. That convenience is huge. However, they know it and gouge accordingly: $50/night parking + $16 resort fee on top of room rate, which is outrageous when nearby lots go for $20–30. The hotel itself is very dated: old-hotel smell, tired decor, no modernization. They're coasting on location alone. The 14th-floor observation deck offers a nice falls view when mist isn't blocking it. Amenities are basic but functional. Free coffee and tea/water only, no breakfast.
At the end of the day, you're paying for extreme convenience at a still-acceptable budget level, otherwise you'd be shelling out far more at the high-end hotels or the casino nearby. That said, if you're willing to walk a bit or catch the very frequent WEGO bus (included with your Niagara Pass), you can find cheaper, better-kept hotels further out.
It's your call: overpay for a dated room and extreme doorstep convenience, or save money and ride the bus like most visitors do on non-peak season."

BBL LondonGreat hotel, great location and excellent front of house reception team with a warm welcome. Rooms are large but need a refurbishment as looking a tad worn and tatty. I understand that some refurbishment is in progress to the rooms and restaurant. Beware: our holding deposit had not been returned after we checked out on June. 11, even though there was no spend on the room. Even after 8 days, I cannot get my deposit returned - so recommend you insist on a return on checkout.

GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed here from September 9 to 10 last for our 20th wedding anniversary. We had a medical appointment down the road so it was a convenient location. Here are some of our observations where they could do better.
1. l use a cane with my disability, and there was no luggage trolly in the lobby when we arrived. I had to haul two heavy bags on one arm while using my cane with the other hand.
2. I checked to see that there was body wash for our evening and morning showers and the bottle was completely empty. The housekeeping staff hadn't refilled and we had to find someone to put a new bottle into the shower. It's a good thing I checked and didn't get a rude awakening in the morning.
3. The picture in the room looked as though something was thrown at it and went down the glass. There were two streaks and it was very disgusting.
Obviously, the cleaning had not been done properly in the room.
4. Nowhere on the website was there mention of a continental breakfast so we were quite surprised that there wouldn't be your typical eggs, bacon, sausage. Etc. It was very disappointing. We only found out because we got on the elevator, and there was an ad taped to the inside of the elevator. At the time of booking, all it said was free breakfast included.
5. The shower-head sprayed all over the ceiling when it was turned on, so we had to put a face cloth over it to contain the spray
6. The microwave glass tray did not rotate so when you put something in there, it didn't heat it up evenly. It actually burned the item.
7. Bathroom light fixtures were covered with caked on dust. I wrote my name in one of them.
It's Obvious that the housekeeping staff does not pay attention to cleaning - only does minimum.

JJane10219We had a twin room, and it was quite small, but the 1.35m beds were decent. The shower water pressure, however, was absolutely unacceptable – it was so low that a woman washing her hair would easily take 40 minutes to rinse it properly. You can just imagine how weak it was!
The hotel's location is excellent. We didn't use public transport, but there's a station right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. You can walk to all the city's attractions, which was great fun. The only downside is being in the city center; there's constant noise from police sirens, ambulances, or fire trucks.
Initially, the price was 3.5K per night, but then it suddenly dropped to 1.5K. I'm not sure why, but it worked out well for us.

GGuest UserThe location is great, right outside there's a bus stop, and the subway isn't too far either. The only thing is there are so many key cards needed to get through all the doors – I even had to take my room card with me to the shower and toilet! Some of the front desk staff were super friendly though; one even helped me carry my suitcase upstairs (this hostel doesn't have an elevator, and there's no laundry room here, but you can pay to do laundry at a place across the street). Overall, I think it's pretty good! There were some homeless people outside, but they seemed harmless.

GGuest UserThis was our first time staying at Americana and we are very pleased with the experience. We drove 3 hours from northern Ontario and it was worth it! We went with another family for New Year's Eve and our children had such a wonderful time. We ordered room service, went to the waterpark several times, played in the arcade and our kids had so much fun. We are planning to come back next year!

GGuest UserCame to Toronto for a conference and booked this apartment a few days in advance. It wasn't cheap and didn't include breakfast, but I chose it for its proximity. I didn't have high expectations, but after checking in, I felt it was excellent value for money. It's on the 44th floor, the highest level with a balcony, and the sky is directly overhead – the view is perfect! I just felt the safety could be a bit better, as it's completely open.

GGuest UserThe staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I felt the photos we saw when booking were misleading - it appeared larger and said the square footage was between 850-950sqft and our suite was nowhere near that size. The two beds and the sofa were so crammed in that you couldn’t open one of the cupboards and it was difficult to get to the second bed without squeezing against a wall. We did move the desk and table/chairs to make a little more spaceand to me, the layoutsakee more sense the way we left it - with the desk against the window and the table in the little room. The photos made it look like the beds were in a separate room than the sofa/kitchen. It’s possible we were put in the wrong kind of room? There are absolutely no extras here - no pots and pans or ice cube trays. We had 3 plates and one glass in the cabinets. No silverware or dish soap and no detergent for the dishwasher (not that there was anything to put in there). The hotel appeared pretty clean but we also were missing sheets for the pullout. The team did bring us two flat sheets to use and they said they only had one extra pillow (which was fine since the beds had 4 pillows each).

HHanfordPros: a parking lot with sufficient space (no need to book in advance). A shopping mall St Laurent is nearby. The breakfast is ok. There are 2 sockets and 2 USB-A outlet on each side of the bed. The staff are friendly in general.
Cons: A bit far away from the tourist attractions downtown (around 10 minutes drive). The coffee from the in-room coffee machine was so-so. The air-conditioner was quite noisy. The TV in my room couldn't be turned off (It went off automatically after no-signal for a while anyway). There were some paper cups for coffee but no other glass / cups in the whole room even for brushing teeth so I had to use paper cups for brushing teeth (Is it considered environmental friendly?)
